The bedrooms include two king bed rooms, one Queen bed room and one room with 2 single beds that can be converted to a King bed if desired. The third floor is somewhat independent as it has its own access with a a semi-equipped kitchenette, living room, dining room, a studio with a sofa that can be turned into a pull out bed if needed, a large bedroom with a king sized bed and access to the large balcony from the bedroom and from the living room, to fully admire the beautiful Bay of Banderas! Casa Tranquila’s large patio on ground floor has an infinity pool, lounge chairs, grill and a covered palapa to enjoy the closest view of the sea. Casa Tranquil has a full water filtration system, providing clean, safe, filtered water to all faucets in the home. And the best thing? Casa Tranquila has its own private beach access to enjoy long walks or paddle board excusions with its two included paddle boards! Everything was wonderful! The views, the pool, the kitchen amenities, it was all great! Roberto made everything easy. Would highly recommend this house!
We stayed in this beautiful home for 10 days in June. Our 3 teenagers stayed in the main house, my husband and I stayed on the 3rd floor separate apartment. It rained most days during our stay but the house was so interesting and fun to explore we didn't mind staying indoors. The kids said it was like staying in their own castle or museum. It really is a very unique and beautiful home.
This house is very nice. The pool is great and the beach access is great. The property manager was very helpful. We truly enjoyed our stay.
A couple of notes: if you don't have a car while you are staying at this house, it is pretty difficult to get groceries, etc. Also, the construction noise(temporary) was pretty overwhelming at times.

Hi Brandy, I'm glad you enjoyed our property. Of course, the construction noise is temporary and unfortunately is out of our control and the property location as noted on the map is not in walking distance to stores.
We had 4 couples stay a week and accommodation were perfect for us. Spent most of our time pool side. We did some cooking ourselves and kitchen had everything we needed. We also arranged a chef for a few dinners through property manager Roberto and ate out the rest of the time in Bucerias which was a quick taxi ride. I was initially concerned about the remoteness but Roberto connected us with a taxi service and we just sent a WhatsApp message and they were very prompt and transported all 8 of us together all week so no issues getting where we needed to be. Loved the views and location would definitely stay again. All communication throughout and before trip was very good.

Unlike most properties...this one looks more beautiful in person!
The property is amazing and perfect for a large family and group that knows ho to be in a beautiful home. This home has so many beautiful details and amazing design. If you have kids that don't know how to behave or respect a home; this is not your home. If the adults in your group are ghetto and don't know how to admire a beautiful home and extraordinary 24 hour view, then don't book this house. If you have kids that are behaved and have a great time without trashing a place; you will be fascinated as your kids will be. It is truly amazing. If you have adults that like finer things and know how to respectfully admire and enjoy the beautiful places their hard work takes them; this is your house to enjoy!
There is a building being constructed next door and that was the only annoying house simply because the construction works are loud and start very early even throughout the weekend. Only negative about the area, but I know the owner has little control over that simply because it is part of having a construction site next to you. In essence, this house is amazing!

The construction next door should be finished up with any outdoor construction by June 2023 (this year), and the whole project will be done with residents living in the building late November 2023 (this year). So, when you return next year, it will be perfect!!! 😉
We are a large family with 4 older boys. We wanted to find a home that we could all enjoy together, yet have our own space when needed. We love the water, love being on the beach, and love floating in the pool. Casa Tranquila checked every box for us. We work with an amazing property management group, Vidatza, that can meet every need you have. Whether that be transportation, cooking, shopping, arranging tours, cleaning, etc. We are so excited to share our home with you.
Why they chose this property
We fell in love with Casa Tranquila the moment we walked in and saw the Ocean Front Views. The location is ideal as it is on a quiet street, on the water, yet only a 5 minute drive to both Bucerias and La Cruz. In fact, you can walk on the beach to both towns. Waking up to the sunrise each morning over the Bay of Banderas, we pinch ourselves every time we are vacationing in our home.
What makes this property unique
We wanted to be close to Bucerias as we just love this special little town. The restaurants are amazing. But, we wanted to be a little out of the hustle and bustle of the town itself, but close enough to quickly come in for groceries are a great meal. Casa Tranquila gave us this option, and with it being right on the water with private beach access, it was just too good to pass up. We can't believe this is our home every time we stay for vacation. We know you will feel the same way staying here.
