We loved the view the most!!! Accommodations were thoughtful and attentive to anticipated needs. We took advantage of the chalet store, nearby.Pool table and games were fun. Clubhouse passes we didn’t use. Hot tub was clean and relaxing.
We had a great stay. My only grip was that the wifi did not work. Other than that the location was beautiful, the cabin was clean and comfortable. There were tons of bears around. Such a great experience.
The best view, great mountain cabin vibe, bear watching, hot tub, hammock - it was perfect. If we return to Gatlinburg we will stay at the Treetop Treasure again!
Our recent week at this property was superb! We were in Gatlinburg to hike in the Park, so it was nice not to have to go through town to get to most of our trails; the location was perfect-- even if the road and driveway are up a steep, twisty hill. We loved coming back to the house-- the a/c worked extremely well so we were cool during the hot July days, it was well-supplied/furnished, and very comfortable. The hammock and its view were what attracted me to the property, and I spent many pleasant hours reading in such an ideal spot. While we weren't celebrating any particular special occasion, we certainly felt special with all the thoughtful amenities and attractive surroundings!
This is the perfect place to get away from reality with your partner. The mountain views were absolutely mesmerizing! We spent most of our time relaxing outside, taking in the mountain air. The hot tub in the cool mornings and evenings was nothing short of spectacular. We saw bear on two separate occasions! We also really enjoyed the pool table and playing cards. It was very nice to relax and reconnect.
We had a wonderful stay!! A quick little reset before some big life changes. A perfect beginning to the new year! Would happily stay here again in the warmer months, but even with the snow, it was beautiful!!! Thanks a million!
Great little cabin, tidy and well appointed, decorated for the Christmas season. Would not hesitate to book it again.
Stayed 2 nights in Dec 2019

And we hope you do book again! Try a different season because the Smokies and surrounding area have so much to offer and each season is a delight unto itself. Great location, great views, great amenities, tidy, cozy and waiting for you so hurry and book!

Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, listing accuracy
Disliked: Communication
I appreciate the host let us check in 2 hours early, as we arrived in town earlier than expected. I will say that I was so disappointed in the host's communication with me and lack of follow through on a promise without explanation. I planned this trip for my fiancée's birthday and asked the seller if they could provide a cake or other birthday items at the property (I would pay them, of course) so that I could surprise my fiancée. They said they could do that for me and asked how much by budget was. Despite several attempts to communicate with the host to follow-up on this request, I had zero reply, zero explanation - nothing. I would have understood if they could not follow through on their commitment; they just needed to let me know so that I could make other arrangements. Very disappointing. I would never rent from them again. The property itself was ok...nothing special, and in my opinion, not as nice or clean as it shows in the pictures.
