Great location high on the mountain! Beautiful views from the deck. If you want to see bears, this is the place. We saw them every day around the home.
We loved the look of the cabin and the area it was located. We saw lots of bears. The cabin was clean. The only issue I have with it was there were very large black ants. Most of them we would find in the mornings were dead. But we did have one crawling on our pillow and we saw several in the shower that were alive ! The house had a very strong wet wood or wet dirt smell. Especially in the bathroom. It’s a beautiful cabin but I could not stay there again with that smell. It hits you in the face as soon as you walk in and all of our clothes and bags now have that smell in them.

We are super confused by this review. The 4 stays directly before this review were all 5 star experiences. We immediately went to the cabin to find out if the HVAC ducts had disconnected in the crawspace or if there were some other moisture issue that we have never had before. There was no issue, ductwork was fine, and there was absolutely no odor. There are questions on whether the guest stayed at another place and wrote the review for the wrong place. No insects of any kind were found and there was no odor at all.
Cabin was very clean and comfortable.Kitchen was well stocked.Extra blankets and pillows.Hot tub was clean.

Loved this cabin! It was the perfect amount of space for me and my husband. Clean, beautiful views, private but not to far of a drive from all the attractions. Will definitely be back.

This property was perfect. Felt very private despite being able to see a few homes from the deck. Views were spectacular. Perfect for a couple looking for some time away from city life.

For a quick getaway, my wife and I decided on this place due to the amenities, price and location. The house is just a year or two old, and everything reflects that inside. Fantastic bathroom, great bed and a cozy, yet open living area. The hot tub was probably the best hot tub, we've ever had at any place we've stayed at. Then throw the nice view in there and it's just, outstanding.
Location was excellent, just minutes from the downtown area. Lots of room for a 1 bedroom cabin. Quiet neighborhood, awesome view of downtown and Anakeesta lights after dark. Very clean and great value. Highly recommend for a small party getaway.

Reviewer Comments:
My friend and I had an amazing time in the cabin, it was beautiful and very clean! The hot tub was awesome, clearly well maintained. It was beautiful waking up and seeing out into the treetops and we saw a couple bears from the patio! Listening to the rain was also splendid. It was very close to Gatlinburg and the national park. I would totally come back here! Please remember not to feed the bears and follow appropriate waste disposal instructions. Bears that become too accustomed to people are killed. Gatlinburg recycling center was just down the road so we were also able to reduce our tourism waste.
