Beach Studio Private yard 3 minutes walk to beach Bicycle Boogie + Surfboard
Delightful unique studio apartment with a private walled/fenced garden. Surrounded by lush green trees and plants. All the basic amenities - TV WiFi 3 plate stove fridge/freezer blender toaster BBQ. Queen bed. Included in your rental is a free bicycle and boogie boards. Pool lounger chairs so you can soak up the sunshine in the privacy of your own private garden surrounded by plants and wildlife. Just a few minutes walk down to one of the most beautiful beaches in Costa Rica.
Palm Beach Estates is a quiet community and all restaurants and the mini super are within a short walk or bicycle ride from Casita Pelicano. We have 4 restaurants within the community and many more in neighboring Playa Grande.
Palm Beach is a bay with numerous surf spots within a short walk from the casita (including our favorite which is just a few minutes walk)
We have the most amazing sunsets so take a cocktail down to the beach and watch the sun setting (or coffee to watch sunrise)
Parking for guests is available on the street just outside the gate entrance.
