Well located in a quiet neighborhood, easy to find. The home was well furnished with not just clean, but high-quality linens. Would absolutely stay here again!
We were all so pleased with the space and getting to relax during a special time! It wa so lovely to sit and play foosball- such a lovely touch! We would all absolutely stay again- thank you so much!!
This home was impeccably clean and perfectly appointed. Location was ideal for our needs, only minutes to the airport and downtown. If looking for groceries, Smiths was the best option.
Home was very clean and comfy!!! All 3 beds were great and nice bedding and fluffy towels. Kitchen well-stocked and location very central for our needs close to SLC Airport and places we needed to visit. Tiffany was very easy to communicate with throughout entire stay. Thanks again!
We were only there for a couple of nights. The property is pretty close to the expressway so that part was very convenient. The host was very help with recommendations and she got right back to me with any questions I had.
This was a perfect house for our family while staying in SLC for spring break. The house was clean and very well appointed. Tiffany was a fantastic host and was very responsive. This was a great house if you’re staying in Salt Lake and don’t want the normal hotel experience.
I’m a clean freak and this place was over the top. The only thing I would change were the bed sheets, way too itchy and hot.I would stay stay there again.
We enjoyed our stay, the house is close to the airport and downtown. The house is an older home and the ventilation system is a bit noisy so bring earplugs if you are a light sleeper. Kitchen could use a few more dishes. Otherwise a great place for our family vacation. Lots of towels, comfy beds and good water pressure. Also momma is the undefeated foosball champion!

Communication was excellent!!!! No issues at all, walked into a beautiful home with lights on, cold water in fridge, popcorn in cabinet, just perfect! Neighborhood can seem a little intimidating, obviously no HOA, but no problems, super close to downtown and everywhere we wanted to be!! Just fyi, wood floors are squeaky and will wake up a sleeping baby and foam mattresses are very soft, not much support. Will definitely be back!! Thanks for a great stay
To many nick nacks for littles, and the scented plug in Things are everyway. They really bother my asthma and allergies. We unpluged them. Heat went out but Tiffany was on top of it. Luckily we were gone a.lot of
the time. It was suitable pther than that
The house had everything we needed. The host wast very responsive to any issues that arose. Location was very convenient to everywhere we needed to go. Only negative issue was the scented plug ins throughout the home. Being highly sensitive to synthetic scents, we had to remove them upon arrival, yet the scent was in and on everything, linens, towels, carpet & HVAC system. If you don’t have this issue then this place is perfect for you. I suffered with headaches and respiratory issues as a result.
Ac never worked right. Temps outside shouldn’t matter. I’m from IK where we have triple digits and my ac keeps up. When we booked this house, it said ac. We lived in 74-78 degrees through the day and night. That’s not what I paid for

Hi Rhonda,
We are very disheartened to hear you had less than a 5 star experience considering we went above and beyond to accommodate you during your stay as we do for all of our guests.
We did indeed have triple digit outside temperatures of 103 degrees almost every day during your stay. Once we were aware of the house being 74 degrees inside with the A/C running (which the set temperature was 71 degrees so we are talking about a 3 degree difference on a 103 degree day), We asked you to turn on the ceiling fans throughout the house to help circulate the air more efficiently and you said you forgot to do that when you left the house for the day, so we offered to go to the house and go inside the house and do that for your while you were away, which you agreed to. That happened more than once. We cant control that you didnt use the fans to help circulate air and we did our very best to remedy the situation. 103 degree days are also out of our control unfortunately. Considering the inside of the house was still 30 degrees cooler inside than outside shows that the air conditioner was working properly and the temperature always regulated back to 71 degrees at night. We are are truly sorry you felt otherwise. We appreciate you choosing our home for your stay. Have a great day!
Everything was great!! We had a great time, and the neighborhood had nice people, and it was a quiet neighborhood at night as well. We couldn't find the remote for the tv only the remote for the sound bar and xfinity, so we couldn't adjust the volume on the tv. haha.... oh, well. we didn't come to utah to watch tv anyway.
The house was perfect for our recent family trip to Utah and Salt Lake City. The house is beautifully decorated and very convenient to the airport. We really enjoyed our stay.
It's very clean and comfortable. The beds are nice. The house may be old, but it looks like it was recently renovated. The owner is very responsive and helpful. It's a very short drive to downtown SLC. We enjoyed our stay.
Very comfortable, immaculate house near the airport and grocery store. Lots of snuggly blankets, a big couch that kept lulling me to sleep, and big fluffy towels made our stay outstanding. Kansas Tiffany sends her thanks to Utah Tiffany 💚
The home was cute and comfortable for our small family visit. It was in a great location that was easily accessible from everywhere. My family and I were very comfortable there!
Property was very clean. Curb appeal was lacking but once inside it was all good. The beds were comfortable. My only problem was the AC could not keep up to the 95 degree outside temp.
The house has been nicely updated and is well equipped for a family stay. The neighborhood is quiet and a large grocery store is less than 1 mile away, but it’s older and at first glance we were unsure about the location. Turns out it was perfect for frequent trips to downtown and up to the northend areas like Bountiful.
My family and I booked this home as it is close to our family that lives locally in the area. We were pleasantly surprised at how clean and well decorated the home was. And even more so, at the thoughtful amenities that were provided. The home was very comfortable, and we look forward to staying here again in the future.
