We have been coming in the Sarasota area & Timberwood for more than 30 years. We have enjoyed every visit there including our daily trips to Siesta Beach. The house(s) meets every demand for a very satisfying vacation.

A quite & wonderful place.

Perfect house, perfect location. All you need are within a few miles. You don`t get anything better than Siesta Key Beach, if you are looking for relaxation at the ocean.

Very clean, spacious and pleasant place

We were very happy with our stay, everything was clean and the house was well stocked. We were happy with the size of the house too. The foldout cot and crib were good to have as well! The neighborhood was very clean and pleasant to stay in. We loved visiting the pool in the evenings.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Quiet, well kept area. Villa was clean, neat and tidy. Property manager was easy to contact and quick to reply, minor problem quickly sorted out. If was very handy to use beach chairs and umbrella. Good location near to beaches, restaurants and Legacy Trail.

Wonderful

We loved the property. Great communication, great location, house was fully stocked, nice pools and pickle ball courts, and comfortable beds. Would definitely stay here again. I don’t think the pictures do it justice. I feel it was much larger than the pictures showed. It was very nice! Thanks for a sharing your home with us!
