Timberwoods, now called Village Des Pins is park like with lakes, mature pine trees, oversized heated pool, Jacuzzi, 2 tennis courts, shuffle board and grilling area.

This 2 bedroom/ 2 bath, very spacious villa with attached 1 car garage is very clean, comfortable, turn-key furnished with screened in lanai. It features high ceiling, sliders to patio from living room and master bdrm, office space with desk and washer and dryer inside the unit.

Our villa is located just minutes from well known, white sand Siesta Key Beach - voted #1 in USA in 2011, close to the Westfield shopping mall with 140 stores, restaurants, movie complex and food court.

There are over 30 Championship Golf Courses In Sarasota! Please check enclosed links.

Arts and Cultural attractions: Ringling Museum of Art, Sarasota Opera House, and Van Wezel Performing Arts Hall, galleries in downtown, Marie Selby Botanical Gardens.

Visit Myakka State Park where you can rent bikes or canoes or just go hiking or drive to Orlando (2 hour drive)to visit Disney.

A 30 minute drive to Ellenton's Prime Outlet mall with 130 designer outlet stores e.g.(Coach, Jones New York, Liz Claiborne Calvin Klein).

Wonderful condo

Quiet location but close to shopping and restaurants. We loved the heated jacuzzi and pool. Monika, the property manager, is very responsive. The listing was accurate. Very clean. We had a wonderful stay and are considering returning March 2023.

Monika's home is very well appointed and very comfortable. The king mattress was very comfortable. The home is close to the neighborhood amenities (clubhouse, pool, tennis courts, putting green and gas & charcoal grills. Another positive is there is a traffic signal at the neighborhood entrance...so handy for left turns in and out of the neighborhood!! The only negative was the pool heater was not in working order during our over Christmas. We would stay at Monika's home again.

The Villa was clean and well maintained. Very quiet with a comfortable bed. Pleasant area to walk, the pool and hot tub were very close. Every person we encountered was friendly.

Owner was very receptive when something came up. Villa is located close to...everything. Aside from the red tide that had a damper on our vacation this villa was amazing. Very close to pool, tennis court and clubhouse. 5 minutes to local shopping, 10 minutes to any restaurant, and 15 minutes to the best beaches in Florida.

Great place to stay

We were very happy with the accommodation. The house was very clean and comfortable. It's within walking distance to shopping. We used the heated swimming pool across the road a lot. Our favorite Siesta Beach was only about 15 min drive away. We highly recommend this house.

My husband and I found the villa to be as pictured, in a quiet shaded subdivision. It was well maintained and supplied. A vibrant mall is located within walking distance. With a car, there was easy access to main roads leading to downtown Sarasota, Venice, the beach, and lots of golf courses and restaurants. The agent was prompt, organized, and helpful. All in all, a great place to stay.

Unforgettable experience

This was the perfect vacation. Large, clean, well-maintained and modern equipped house with a huge pool and tennis court just around a corner. Such a perfect location - a few minute drive to the beaches and in walking distance to the shopping centre. Very close to the I-75 as well, easy to drive to DisneyWorld, Universal Studios, Busch Gardens and SeaWorld. We highly recommend this villa and beatiful Sarasota too, bet you won't be disappointed! We really enjoyed every minute in Florida.
