Beautiful home in Hvide Sande with sauna

With the North Sea as an immediate neighbor, the position of this vacation home is just fantastic, it is located in the middle of a large, undulating dune ground and if you want to go to the sea, it is just directly over some dunes. The house fits very well in this dune landscape, on which you have a beautiful view from the living room and the west-facing terrace. The house is tastefully and modernly furnished, has a cozy, large kitchen-living room and almost everywhere a cozy wooden floor. From the spacious bathroom with whirlpool you can go directly to the sauna. On warm summer days and balmy evenings, the sunny terrace invites you to pure relaxation.

Das Haus liegt toll und ist (auch beleuchtungstechnisch) sehr gemütlich. Die Terrasse ist genial. Betten sind gut (nicht durchgelegen), Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet (Küchengeräte, Besteck, Geschirr). Kamin zieht sehr gut.Kleines WLAN-Problem wurde in kürzester Zeit behoben.Einziges kleines Mako ist der sehr gewöhnungsbedürftige Fernseher.Mit Laptop im Gepäck aber kein Problem :-) !

Betten sind gut (nicht durchgelegen), Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet (Küchengeräte, Besteck, Geschirr). Leider mussten wir in der 1 Woche auf den Fernseher verzichten. Fernbedienung defekt. Nachdem wir 1 Woche später nachgefragt haben, erhielten wir einen Ersatzfernseher. Leider ist die Terrasse in einem schlimmen Zustand, der Eigentümer sollte ernstlich über eine Renovierung-Erneuerung nachdenken. Kaputte Bohlen, herausstehende Schrauben und Nägel, Veranda defekt und teils schlecht befestigt. Ich wünsche mir dass wir im April 25 eine erneuerte Terrasse vorfinden werden. LG aus Gelsenkirchen

Sehr schönes Haus in absolut toller Lage.

Sehr schönes Haus in absolut toller Lage. Sichtbare " Gebrauchsspuren" am Ofen oder den Fenstern (aussen) haben uns nicht gestört. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist sehr umfangreich, die Schlafzimmer sind ausreichend groß, die Betten waren (für uns, da sind die Geschmäcker ja verschieden) bequem. Durch den Holzfussboden ist die Atmosphäre sehr heimelig und gemütlich. Man muss aber auch sagen, das der Preis, der aufgerufen wird, sich ausschließlich durch die Lage rechtfertigen lässt. Gleich gut ausgestattete Häuser gibt es schon für die Hälfte des Preises.
