Apartment of 32 m² in Guzet-neige (09) at the foot of the slopes, with large balcony and view of the mountains.<br><br>The apartment (non-smoking) is composed of:<br>- a bedroom with: 1 double bed (140x190cm), a cabin area with 2 bunk beds (80x130 cm) suitable for children up to the age of about 8 years, board games, books and plenty of storage.<br>- a bathroom (shower, sink, toilet)<br>- a living room: sleeps 2 (sofa/pull-out beds 90x190cm), dining area, kitchen (oven, microwave, hob, fridge with freezer, kettle, toaster, filter coffee maker, Senseo, raclette machine, crockery).<br>- Ski locker in the basement<br>- Free parking at the foot of the residence.<br><br>Sleeps: <br>Maximum 4 or 5 people (pay attention to the dimensions of the bunk beds 80x130 cm).<br><br>In order not to add additional costs to the rental:<br>- Sheets, towels, shower mat and tea towels are not provided<br>- Arrival and inventory of fixtures are autonomous<br>- The apartment must be left clean.<br><br>A deposit check of 200€ will be required.<br><br>Guzet Neige is a family-friendly, quiet and charming resort with many ski slopes between 1400 m and 2100 m above sea level.<br>From the steep slopes of Freychet to the gentle glide of Prat Mataou, skiing is everywhere and can be adapted to everyone's desires.<br><br>Possibility of multiple activities depending on the season:<br>- Winter: Downhill skiing, snowboarding (40 km of slopes in 3 sectors), cross-country skiing (3 km), snowshoeing (3 routes), sledging, French ski school, daycare centre and children's club<br>- Winter and Summer: 1.4 km long monorail sledging with a vertical drop of 350 metres (thrills guaranteed).
