This is a very spacious, unique and clean home. The house has a very fast internet with TVs in the living room and all the rooms. It's close to everywhere in Houston. 15 mins to Woodland & George Bush Int'l Airport, 7mins to Exxon Campus &HP HQs,30 mins to DT Houston. 5 mins to I-45 & Grand Park toll way. The area was really nice. The house was nicely located where you could be at Kroger or Walmart in 5-7 minutes. Highly recommend an Italian Restaurant Dolce Niente that was within minutes of the home. The pool was very nice with lifeguards on duty.

Quick weekend stay

I participated in the Ironman in the woodlands and my family was there to cheer me on. We had a quick great stay. It was as described and had what we needed. It was about a 20 minute drive to the woodlands which was not bad at all. I would stay there again. Looks like the community has a nice pool but I believe it was not open for the season yet.

The master bathroom shower didn't work and would flood the downstairs through the ceiling. The host never sent anyone to come fix it and you can tell this was a big issue already because it smelled like mold. The dogs next door barked non stop so be prepared for that too. The pool was closed and shutdown the community pool hasn't been available available for a while neighbors have said.There is not a 4th bedroom. There is only 3 bedrooms and they put a bed in the upstairs living room area with no doors for privacy that they are trying to call a 4th bedroom.

Firstly, I appreciate your business but your review is false and malicious. You gave this negative comments because I requested for a damage fee of $400 which you have not paid uptil now. The house was left so dirty and damaged. Your dogs did a lot of damages to the house, a lot of hole and poo all around the house . It took my cleaners 3 days to clean your mess. In respect of the water leak, my maintainance crew came there twice but you were not home. After you left, my maintainance crew checked the whole house without any sign of leaks. We have had guest used the place after you without any complain. I have an evidence of your text telling me to give you a discount for a favorable review. Your review is malicious because I asked you to pay $400 damage fee. I will not recommend you for any host.
