Oceanaire 8 - Amazing Oceanfront Views & Free use of Kayaks

This condo is located on the North side of the island - less than 2 miles from the airport. It is close enough to town for convenience but far enough away to be removed from noise and congestion. There is air conditioning throughout or you can open the sliding doors and let the ocean breeze during the day. The kitchen is spacious and well equipped to cook your favorite meals or hire a private local chef to enjoy our local dishes!

The 300 ft pier allows for viewing water habitat - also fishing and snorkeling or catching the water taxi as well as access for local tours for diving; snorkeling or ruin adventure pick ups.The location is very close to great dining options.

Enjoy leisure walks along the sea - nice pathways are open for walking both north and south along the waterfront. The water color and sky during sunsets are like a dream! The most beautiful we have seen!

Oceanaire 8 was a delight. The unit was exactly as advertised - great views, very comfortable and well-appointed. The location was perfect and allowed easy access to both south and north parts of the island. Lori and Jim were great: they helped arrange our Tropic Air flights, weekly golf cart rental and transport from and to the airport. Lori's over communicated and left no questions unanswered. I highly recommend this property for a very nice and relaxing vacation!!

Perfect Getaway!

The location and accommodations were amazing. The pool is only steps away and our fishing/snorkeling tour guide could pick us up at the dock. Everything was very clean and there was always hot water. They arranged our flight reservations from the mainland, arranged the golf cart rental, met us at the airport and transported us and our luggage to the condo and back when we left. That convenience/service compared to other places we have stayed was beyond appreciated. Thank you for a wonderful vacation.

We had a wonderful stay and I cannot express enough gratitude for the incredible care we received. Our trip didn’t start as planned, I suffered an unexpected injury on the mainland right before our arrival and wasn’t even sure I’d be able to make the trip. Thankfully, the property is on the main level, and the property manager went truly above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and supported.She personally provided crutches and an ice machine for my leg, checked in regularly, and continued to share helpful information throughout our stay. On top of that, they even came by this morning to help us get our luggage to the airport. Her kindness and attentiveness made such a difference during a stressful time, and we felt genuinely cared for.The location was perfect as well, our condo was located right off of a dock, which made excursions convenient and possible even while I was recovering. The property itself is beautiful, peaceful, and very well maintained.Despite the circumstances, we felt so welcomed and taken care of. Thank you for an unforgettable stay and for going above and beyond in every way. We highly recommend this rental and would absolutely return!

Great time in San Pedro

We had a great time in San Pedro. Lori is very easy to deal with and she was always available when we needed. Sam is always friendly and always accommodate you when you need. The location of the condo is perfect. Not to far from Secret Beach and close to downtown. We had a lot of Sargassum in the ocean but Secret beach didn"t have any. Very windy this time of year.I recommend Oceanaire 8.

Perfect stay

Can’t say enough good things about this stay. Perfect spot, great condo and the best property manager ever. Lorie made arrangements for us on Tropic Air and had our rental cart ready to go. Hauled our luggage, let us stop to buy groceries and led us to the property. If I go back this is where I will stay!

The clean beach and gorgeous views made this a winner. The pool is lovely to refresh and relax in. Luckily the property next door was not in operation so it was blissfully quiet. The resident iquanas are a delight as is the Property Manager who is very responsive and kind.

Lovely stay

This was a perfect place for two couples. Super spacious and equipped with everything you may need. Having the condo on the first floor is definitely a huge plus as it’s easier for your luggage and you have the ability to walk out to the pool and boardwalk. Would definitely recommend this condo to anyone. And the hosts were super helpful with some awesome tips before we arrived.

My Go To When in San Pedro

This was my second time staying at this property and I must say that Oceanaire is my go to when I am visiting San Pedro. Lori and Jim are the perfect host and they go above and beyond to make sure you are taken care of. The property is always clean and you feel safe. The property is away from the hustle and bustle of downtown San Pedro, but close enough that you are only a 10 min ride away.

Great family location

We came to San Pedro for spring break to escape winter with our two children. The condo was a perfect quiet and safe location to enjoy downtown but also to walk the beach. There is a bar and a fantastic restaurant next door for convenience. Security guard Garcia is the best. Seleni and Lori both very helpful in accommodating!! Very clean and comfortable - highly recommend.

Beautiful holiday experience

Spent 2 wonderful weeks here. The unit was great for my family of 4 and father-in-law. Being on the ground floor made the pool/beach very convenient and we were often outside playing and exploring. The location was very nice, out of town so more peaceful but not so far out that it was inconvenient. There were lots of restaurants nearby and a few a short walk away. Everyone was friendly and we felt very safe. We'll be back!

Trip of a life time

Loved this property I took my 14 year old daughter to Belize and stayed here for 5 nights and we loved it pool area was great , the suite was very clean and cool with plenty of towels overall a great place to stay. The owners were great they hooked us up with a golf cart and picked us up at the water taxi . We were in contact with them by text to arrange tours and travel plans. We hope to be back!!

Lori and Celini helped arrange our Tropic Air flight and golf cart rental... seamless process because of that! The property is exactly as shown online. We had a problem with the refrigerator and they had it fixed so quickly! Very responsive to any and all questions. Loved having the pool! It was perfect.

Fabulous condo

We were very pleased with our choice to stay at Oceanaire 8. The condo was well equipped, and the view was beautiful. We were picked up and dropped off at the airport in our golf cart by the property managers. We took a fishing/snorkel trip with Josh who has his boat parked right at the dock. There is security (although we always felt safe) and the groundskeepers did an excellent job on the pool and grounds every day. I cannot say enough good things about this place. I highly recommend it and hope to return.

I absolutely loved everything about Oceanaire property! Booking with Lori & Jeff was incredibly easy, and they were very helpful with booking adventures, flights to the island, golf cart rental and meeting us at the airport. We had a little trouble with golf carts, not working, but they were amazing at quickly, helping us to get a replacement. The grounds were immaculately kept and beautiful! Garcia, the nighttime security guard was kind and made us feel incredibly safe. We can’t wait to come back with extended family for my mom’s 70th birthday celebration! Although, I don’t know if we can wait that long❤️

Nearly close to perfect but no water access on the beach.

This property is BEAUTIFUL!! Peaceful and quiet and perfectly located outside of the hustle and bustle of San Pedro. Lorri and Jim were FANTASTIC!! We stayed in condo #8 which is on the lower level and AMAZING….steps from the quiet pool and beach. The only two suggestions we have to improve our stay are one, for the pier to be fixed up in order to access the beautiful sitting area at the end of it and two, create some water access from the beach even if it’s just a ladder at the end of the pier or clean up the stairs that are already there. These improvements would make this property the full package. Definitely coming back!!

Hi Carol, we are delighted you enjoyed your stay and you were great guests! We should have the boards soon to replace ones damaged when we took them out to protect our dock for the hurricane that hit Belize City in November. Luckily the only ones missing are at the end of the dock just before the sitting area. We do have a ladder at the end of the dock and the beach on the north side of our dock is a walk in with no sea wall and no ladder needed. Looking forward to your next visit!!!

Perfect location - had everything we needed Dec 2023-Jan 2024

My husband and I just stayed there for a week. The unit is in a great spot, just north of town and out of the hustle and bustle but an easy golf cart ride into San Pedro. Sunrise views are incredible, and you can walk along the sea wall in the sand for quite a stretch in either direction. The condo had everything we needed, very spacious and clean kitchen well stocked with all utensils, appliances, pots/pans etc. The pier is right outside for anyone being picked up by boat. The master bed was very comfortable and lots of closet/storage space. Security on site (although we never felt unsafe anywhere), and an easy walk to a local restaurant on the beach and another open air bar just as you enter the driveway to the condo. Jim and Lori were extremely helpful getting us information and set up a mainland ruins/cave tubing excursion (which ended up being just my husband and I with our guide - awesome). They arranged our flights from the mainland and golfcart rental - a huge time saver vs searching the net. . Notes: For snorkeling Mexico Rocks was much better than Hol Chan (mostly because of the crowds), cave tubing was an amazing experience - highly suggest this (we saw monkeys, toucans, during the hike to put in the river) and the caves are incredible. Highly recommend this unit if you are looking to stay on Amergris Caye.

Best Complex in Ambergris Caye

About the Owner: From the beginning to the end, Lori was AWESOME. She was responsive, helpful and gave us all the insider information. Condo: Condo on first floor. Only a few stairs. Everything you need to cook a quick breakfast, to a gourmet meal. We ate breakfast and snacks at the condo, and ventured out to local places for dinner. Location: The property is right on the sea with gorgeous sun rises. You are close to multiple restaurants and Secret Beach. San Pedro is a short cart ride for for groceries and fresh fruit. Lori told us best grocery stores/fruit stands. You or an island, so everything is brought in. For planning, M/W/F water; T Fresh Fruit, W Fresh Milk. Local Restaurants: Lori provided a list of local restaurants, and also provided dome of her favorites, which was really helpful. Aji's is right next door and within walking distance, the others you will need a golf cart. Stella's Sunset and Rum Dog are a must visit. Golf Cart: Lori helped us lease the golf cart ahead of time so that we did not have to figure that out. They met us at the airport, we signed the rental paperwork and off we went. Jim, Lori's husband lead the way to the condo so that we did not have to try to find it by ourselves. Flight: Lori helped us arrange our transport from Belize City to the Island via Tropic Air. The trip is short, about 15 minutes and is a much better option that then ferry, especially in high seas. Return: We will be back. Keith and Susan 3/2024
