This is a beautiful One Bedroom Condo and you will not regret staying in this beautiful place.

Other things to note:
PalmAruba is located in Palm Beach main avenue which connects the high-rise hotel area with the Noord District.

Best Beaches are less than a 3/4 mile away. Restaurants, nightlife and shopping malls within walking distance Post office, banks, supermarkets, drugstores, medical center, church, police station. Close to the high-rise hotel area and touristic activities.

ATTENTION:
Please be aware of the following maintenance activities.
Pool Closure: Due to pool maintenance and repairs, the pool will be closed on June 10th & 11th 2024.

Painting Project:
From September 1st – September 30th 2024, exterior painting of north and south tower will be carried out. From Monday-Saturday from 8:00 am – 6:00 pm. Pool will remain open however please take note that scaffolds and maintenance crew will be around during the work hours which may result in noise/loud.

Property was exactly as described. Very clean. Only 10-15 minute walk to the beach. Lots f great restaurants close by(Linda’s for Dutch pancakes and the BBQ food truck across the street).

Close but away from it all

We stayed last year and the condo has every thing we want. Near the beach and lots of restaurants. This is a perfect getaway in Aruba.

We loved this beautiful condo! It was in the perfect location, walkable to some of our favorite restaurants, and a quick drive to the beach. We had everything we needed and the bed was super comfortable. The pool and grounds were clean and quiet, we would definitely stay again.

Fabulous Property

The property and condo was exactly as the pictures with upgrade appliances. The management team very organized as a “ turn key” process. Property well lit. Gym and pool clean and easy access. Location close to one of the main areas. Easy access to the market.We will definitely stay here again.

Beautiful quiet property with a pool

We had a wonderful stay at this condo! The grounds are beautiful, nicely maintained. Staff was excellent. It is in a convenient location to the touristy areas but you have to drive. Little within walking distance. We had an issue with the water (no one's fault) and the staff went above and beyond to have it fixed in a timely manner. I would recommend this property.

The condo was in a great location. The pool was peaceful. I missed having a King size bed and a sink to be able to easily fix you hair and makeup. There isn't a counter top in the bathroom around the sink and I missed it. Just minor issues for me. We have made over 14 visits to Aruba and found this to be in a great location. Love having the security guard at the entrance. Fantastic communication with the management company. Top notch service!! It is nice that BINGOs is across the street along with EGOs. We know the owner of EGOs and find it to be a great dining experience.

Quiet and high end

We’ve been coming to Aruba for 23 years. The island is definitely a lot more built up and crowded. After our week at the Phoenix we rented here. No beach but a lovely view of the pool with a nice wide balcony and plenty of grills to make our easy evening meals. This one bedroom was well appointed and tastefully decorated. If you have a car it is a quick drive to the beach and the owner even had beach chairs provided for us!

Definitely coming back again!

It was my first time in Aruba and truly this was a life changing trip. Our VRBO was EXACTLY as shown and described. It was quiet, CLEAN, had all the basics we would need and well furnished. It was worth every penny and more.The management team, especially Agni, were absolutely incredible. They were timely in email responses and our stay was quite seamless (which means everything when traveling) . Agni gave great recommendations for local restaurants and helped us all the way through our stay. Alberto, On site security, went above and beyond giving local recommendations as well and helping with rentals and taxis. Honestly we can't say enough great things. WHEN we come back we will be staying here. No doubt in our minds. Having this piece of mind on vacation was priceless. Absolutely priceless. Thank you to the entire team!

Great Option

If you don't need hotel services, this is a perfect option. Unit was renovated, clean, new furniture, convenient kitchen. Very close to major restaurants and beach. Nice balcony and pool area. Parking super convenient.

Lovely Condo Complex

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was efficient, the bed was comfortable and we had all the comforts of home. The pool was quiet and very clean. The gym had all the basics. Most importantly the location was perfect. A nice walk to the beaches and restaurants. In addition, there were very good restaurants close by as well if you did not choose to walk to the main areas in the downtown district. Would love to go back and stay again!!
