Thank you Mike, we loved the property and our apartment!!! The location was good, as long as you rented a car, but we enjoyed easy access to walk to Arashi Beach and of course the beach right across the beach!!! Highly recommend this apartment and Mike was a great host! Hope to see you again!!

The location is amazing, the house is very out dated, appliances in the kitchen are old and very unclean! There were little bugs always crawling all over everything. The towels were very hard, Like they are line dryed( ewww) the bed linens smelled! No a/c except in the bedroom I will say that the water tastes great and the pool was clean l! I would not recommend or stay there again We did have a bird sing to us every morning

Can’t beat the location. One minute walk for snorkeling at Boca Catalina and three minute walk to Arashi beach. Mike was very helpful and welcoming.

Great property and friendly people. I was wowed by my spacious apt. and wrap around porch. Full kitchen, great shower. Great location far away from the big resorts and big crowds. I felt like I was on my own little adventure. I would definitely stay here again but I’d bring my friends to show off my beautiful find. Thank you to my fabulous hosts.

This is the greatest location! We love to snorkel and saw sea turtles several days. The accommodations were just what we needed and the location was perfect!

Excellent location , huge walk in shower , large kitchen, short distance from Arashi beach with great beach bar . Furniture is kind of antique. We’ve rented twice, the price is right.

This villa and the view for the price you cannot get anywhere else! Just minutes from the local beach bar with the ocean right there. The property supplies their own pool/beach towels as well as bath towels. There is a private shared pool on property but is perfect. Mike the property manager is so kind and accommodating! We will most certainly be back!
