Come escape at our spacious home with Ralph Lauren inspired decor! We are fully equipped for a CLEAN, COMFORTABLE, and effortless vacation no matter how long you need to escape. NEW BEDS, including a king, queen and two extra long twins that can push together for a king depending on your needs. Just blocks from the beach, you can enjoy nightly sunset walks on one of the most gorgeous white sand beaches in Florida or grab a seat in our provided beach chairs under our sun umbrella with a nice cocktail. Use our 4 adult BIKES to get to everything you want during your stay! Here are just a few of the many local amenities: Whole Foods and Trader Joes, Top notch restaurants such as The Turtle Club and Bar Tulia, two movie theaters, golf, amazing full service day spas, the Ritz Carlton restaurants and diversions, shopping and dining at Mercato, and Delnor Wiggins State park (1.5mi)! Take a fishing charter out of the local harbor, paddle Board, parasail, or just relax on your own back porch lanai with a glass of wine in your peaceful, private backyard. Transportation to and from the airport can be arranged along with grocery and rental car delivery if you need it!

Great place for a family reunion

This was our family's first VRBO experience. House is in a great location - close to the beach and shopping - in a nice, quiet neighborhood. Fully equipped kitchen. Comfortable beds. Great lanai. We would stay here again.

Excellent stay, incredible host!

This was the first VRBO experience our family has had together. We have used VRBO’s through the company I work for, so I knew some of the potential risks, but this was a tremendous rental for us. This location is nestled in between downtown Naples and Bonita Beach. The host provided beach equipment and was very responsive when contacted. There were some very minor details that was adjusted for the stay, but this was the first stay for the property. The beds and sheets were very high quality! Definitely recommend this property and host, would stay again!

The Bikes Make this House

Layout of house is great. The four bikes are such a wonderful addition! Great biking neighborhood and easy bike to beach. House is a bit tired- one screen on screen porch was not attached, some drawer handles and drawers in kitchen were broken, otherwise everything worked well. Beds are comfortable. Basically a good place.

Home away from home

We enjoyed our stay. The home is just as pictured, very charming! We would definitely stay here again. Instruction for entering the home, wifi password, and trash pick up were not clear, but messaging with property manager for this went smoothly. My only suggestion to the owner/manager would be to set up smart tv for use and more clear home instructions. We loved the home!

Perfect location for the Beach

Property was very nicely furnished and décor was pleasing. It included everything you need for the beach - 4 bikes, 4 beach chairs, and beach towels. The lanai was a wonderful addition to the condo.

Why they chose this property

We LOVE it's location so close to the beach AND Mercato shopping and dining. Our specific location within Naples Park community is superior to those more in the middle because you are MUCH closer to the beach and Mercato. Being able to walk or bike to shops, restaurants, beach, and more was a big draw. We have 4 adult bikes and bike locks available for your use while staying with us! 91st ave is great because we have ample parking on the road out front, plus an added amount of privacy in back due to an easement. We LOVE the layout of this home for its open kitchen/dining/living concept with the bedrooms separate and private. Sitting on the lanai sipping a glass of wine in the quietness of our tropical backyard is our favorite location!

What makes this property unique

We think comfort is paramount, so our bed and furniture comfort is paramount. The king bed mattress is brand new 2023! The other bed mattresses are brand new and high end. The two twins are extra long, to accommodate tall people and can be joined for a king bed if desired. You will love our thoughtful guest manual that is full of local tips for enjoying your stay, including best restaurants, things to do, how to access the best local beaches, and more. Naples is truly a biking Paradise and you will love exploring the area with our bikes.
