THE OUTSIDE SPACE:

Our guests also love cozying up in our super comfy egg chair to relax and indulge in a good book or glass of wine.

While inventory may fluctuate throughout the season, we try to maintain the following additional outdoor amenities. Home has a doorbell camera.

POLICIES:

LONG STAY CLEANINGS:

For guests staying more than two weeks, we require our cleaning crew to do an interim home cleaning approximately every two weeks. You can schedule a time/day directly with our cleaning team for your convenience, and you will also be responsible for paying the team directly for the mid-stay cleaning. Cleaning crew contact information will be provided upon your arrival.

PET FEE:

◻️ One dog is welcome with a $150 non-refundable pet fee.
◻️ A second pet requires pre-approval and an additional fee. Please message me before booking if you want to vacation with more than one pup.
◻️ We provide dog bowls, toys, and baggies

Note: VRBO collects the pet fee, so please add a pet to your party count if you plan to bring your furry family member to the beach!

This is a definite 5 star rating! The place is clean, beautiful, and in a great location. We rode the bikes to the beach multiple times and just to explore. We were blown away with how well stocked the Vandy was - from coffee to batteries to beach chairs/cooler/towels. Communication with owner top notch!! Excellent place

This is a great property in a great location - very close to the beach and much to do in the nearby vicinity. The house was super clean, very well-outfitted and the owner (Lisa) was very engaged and responsive. Would definitely stay there again!!

Charming Home away from Home

A very comfortable house in a great location! This spacious home has nice beds, bathrooms, a big kitchen with everything we needed for a week or more, private outdoor space, and all the beach toys we could ask for. The host was a pleasure to communicate with and took care of us and takes Great care of the property. We wpuld not hesitate to tell our friends about this place.

Perfect stay and location in Naples

We loved staying at this beautiful house. Very clean, had everything we needed, perfect location. It is close to two great beaches, bikes provided by the host have been great, we enjoyed riding to the beach! Grocery and any other shopping within a few minutes driving. Wonderful Getaway

A wonderful getaway for an extended vacation. Very spacious and relaxing home in a great location for excursions to various beaches and entertainment options. The home was very cute and clean. It was a good space and fully stocked with everything you may need including bikes beach chairs a beach umbrella and even toys and bowls for pups! Good location and neighborhood, not far from the beaches and pretty close to Old Naples downtown area. Lisa was a great host, very attentive and nice, always making sure we had everything we needed. Lisa could not have been any better as a host. Starting with the helpful Vandy Villa welcome guide, to the dog basket and treats and gift basket for the humans. This was also followed up by another shipment of treats later in our stay. Anything we needed was acted ASAP. Great location with plenty of room.

This is a very nice and remodeled property in Naples. It is a great location. The host has it very well stocked. She was very responsive if we had any questions. We had our dog along and it was very dog friendly- she even had dog toys and there was a fenced yard. My big thing is cleanliness and this was great that way. There are also nice TVs for those that like to watch TV and relax. We would definitely stay here again.

This is a wonderful house to stay at in North Naples. The house was clean and comfortable with lots of room both inside and out. Nice outside seating options to enjoy - out back- out front and also on side of house. Three good size bedrooms and two nice baths. House has a fully stocked kitchen and nice appliances. All items supplied to enjoy a trip to the beach (chairs,umbrella,etc..). Also 2 nice bikes for your enjoyment. Great location with close proximity to the beach, restaurants and grocery stores. Host was very available for all questions and was so helpful. This house was a joy to stay at!!

My teen daughter and I visited for some rest and relaxation before heading back to school. The property was perfectly located between the beach and many of the shopping, dining and sights of the local area such as 5th Ave. Lisa, our host prepared a lovely welcome basket, with items we needed and used especially the coffee. The property had two bikes and beach items, towels, cooler for use. The neighborhood is upscale and pedestrian friendly, and most importantly, my daughter and I felt safe throughout our stay. Absolutely Incredible! We have stayed on in many, many Air B&B's across the Country and this is By Far the Absolute BEST Ever! This Home is GORGEOUS, the Decor is so Beautiful, so Creative, so Warm and Cozy. This Home is Extremely, Extremely Clean! There are many, many Windows, allowing the Beautiful Sunshine in and Every Window is glistening Clean. This Home has EVERY Single thing that anyone could possibly need from Babies to Children to Adults to Elderly to anyone with a Disability. The Landscaping is so pretty and the Outdoor Spaces are Glorious! The Location is PERFECT, close to the Beach, Stores, Restaurants and more! While Naples Park is a popular community, it is also a large community. The homes to the east side of the community are far from the beach, the homes in the center of the community are far from the walking paths, and other homes are farther from Vanderbilt Drive. The Vandy is not only located in an amazing neighborhood but has one of the best locations within the neighborhood with best access to BOTH beaches, walking paths, and Vanderbilt Drive. I also appreciate that the home is one-story, making it safer for kiddos and grown ups.
