This 3-bedroom, 2-bath newly remodeled house has everything you need. Fully furnished; pet friendly, kid friendly. The home boasts a sleek open concept interior, a private yard and it's located in a very quiet neighborhood.

Stepping into the home you are welcomed by a spacious floor plan, luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout, fun decorated rooms with some pops of color, high ceilings, and a large great room and family room allowing plenty of space for all your friends and family gatherings. Your eat-in kitchen showcases ample cabinet space, crisp white and stainless appliances, spacious breakfast nook, large pantry, and plenty of room for preparing home cooked meals.

The property manager did a great job communicating with us, but we were unable to resolve a significant issue, even after he had people come clean the house during our stay. When we checked in, and started to unpack our belongings, we noticed a smell of urine. The smell came from the master bedroom and was more potent the more we turned on the fan. Dewayne was great to communicate with and did all that he could to remediate the urine smell, including sending cleaners mid week, but the smell never went away. We were staying at the property during the March Heatwave of 100 degree days, and it got worse as each day progressed. I would stay here again, if, and a BIG IF, the smell was remediated. The house was great other than the smell in the master bedroom.

Perfect weekend house

Nice, quiet street in south Tucson area. Just what we needed for a weekend getaway and trips to the parks in the area. Fenced yard was a great help with the dogs!

Great Location for Saguaro Buttes Wedding

It was a perfect place to stay for a wedding we attended at Saguaro Buttes. Easily can sleep six, even though it was just me and my husband. It is clean and has everything you need in the kitchen. Would stay again if we were in the area.

Great property!

The location was perfect for us and the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. The house is lovely, with wood laminate flooring throughout, so it was great for us and our dogs. There is a lovely park within walking distance. The host was very quick to respond in the booking process and very kind. We would gladly stay here again!

Nice comfortable house in a quiet neighborhood.

The house is located on a cul-de-sac street with no thru traffic. It was clean and tidy; very welcoming. The kitchen was very well appointed with all of the cooking and eating items you might need for meal preparation. There is a grocery store 5 minutes away so cooking should be as easy as at home. We actually felt very much at home. There is also a fully fenced yard where you can enjoy your morning coffee and have an outdoor place for your dog.

Rented for Family coming in town. House was spotless and comfortable. House was convenient for us since we live in Rita Ranch, less driving to visit with our family. Very convenient for them to have their own space and close to grocery/shopping/fast food. Check-in was seamless and the owners were great, they reached out to make sure everything was going well. Overall it was good. Just some areas that need attention. Kitchen oven hood very dirty. Under the dresser a lot of dust and items underneath. Under the bed dirty as well. Dining room table wobbles and seat cushions are not attached to the chairs. My mom pinched her finger. But all in all it was a nice place to stay

Very Clean and Comfortable

The beds were perfect. Everything was super clean and comfortable. Check in was easy and check out was awesome. We really didn't have to do much just get our stuff out and go. This place has all the organization of a good hotel without the hotel experience. Meaning the soap dispensers in the shower were full. Plenty of towels to go around and all the things you need without getting stuck in a sardine can for a hotel. Very ideal. This is close to Colossal Cave and Tombstone. There really is a lot to see in this area. I just wish we had more time.
