Beautiful historic house which has just been fully modernized. You will feel the charm of old Ft. Lauderdale and enjoy all the amenities of modern life. Situated in the Historic Riverside Park you are steps from two tennis courts, basketball court, two play grounds, two boat launches, beer paradise of River Side Market and The Pizza Spot - best pizza in S. Fla! For $45 per adult/wk we can pool and state-of-the-art gym on the River just off Las Olas free onsite parking and only a 15 minute walk.
