Disliked: Communication
The apartment is not very big, so it feels a little cramped with all the stuff it has. The interior design is a bit tacky and incoherent, but the place was nice and clean. When arriving the place had a really weird and yucky smell, and despite different efforts, we never succeeded to get completely rid of it. There is a great view over the sea, unfortunately you have to stand up to enjoy it, as there were shrubberies blocking the view, which should really be trimmed. The bed was of poor quality, and my girlfriend didn't get one night of good sleep. The apartment as well as the household appliances are starting to feel worn and could use an upgrade. There is a decent selection of utensils and cutlery, but some basic things like a normal pair of scissors or a cork screw are missing.The hosts were really nice, but they only speak french. They are not tech savvy, so they never responded to the few written questions we had. It seems they read our text messages, but they never answered them. Because of that, we were a little worried, if everything would work out, but there were no problems. The hosts are in their eighties, so you probably shouldn't expect any of this to change a lot. The surroundings are great, and there is a nice swimming pool. It was a little over crowded during the weekends, but fine during the work days.
