Private community, beautiful waterfront canal with 75 feet of bulkhead, off of Shinnecock Bay. Family friendly, easy to access dock for fishing, boating, paddle boarding and kayacks.
A short walk or bike ride to the shoreline and park. Watch beautiful sunsets from the back patio. Clean, newly renovated 4 bedroom house fully Air Conditioned, bright sunroom with open bay water views, eat in kitchen, 6 car driveway. 5 min ride into town and restaurants and 10 min ride to public ocean beach.
