WHAT IS PROVIDED:
Spectrum Rental Properties will provide sheets and bath towels. Beach towels and equipment is not provided. If you would like information on beach equipment rentals, we are more than happy to provide you with a list. Properties will be provided with a starter kit in each full bathroom and kitchen. Each kitchen starter kit will contain a small bottle of dish soap, two dishwasher pods, sponge, and two fragrance free laundry pods. The kitchen will also have one extra trash bag
Each bathroom starter kit will contain a travel size shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, makeup wipe, and body bar.
Spectrum Rental Properties is unfortunately not able to provide additional boxes/bags. This is a starter kit; anything additional will be guests responsibility to provide.

OTHER NOTES:
-The complex does not have an elevator
-Pool closes 10/31/2024
-No pets
-No smoking
-There are two EV charging stations for guest use at Southwinds located at the back of building E.

Weekend getaway

While the condo was nicely decorated, it could use a few upgrades, softer sheets, mirror in the master bathroom and a little more cleaning. Overall our stay was nice & our family enjoyed the getaway!

Quaint, quiet and calm

The listing was accurate, we felt safe and uninterrupted. The quick walk to the beach was always clean never crowded. Our condo was decorated thoughtfully and we look forward to coming back next year.

Nice and clean first impression. Found 3 dead cockroaches day one. 3rd night I felt something crawling on my back while in bed sleeping. Had to smack a very large roach off of my shoulder. I killed it under the bed. Next night my daughter killed a large cockroach with her shoe in her bedroom.

Clean and Easy Check-In, but Noisy Bed

The condo was okay. It was mostly clean and check-in was easy, which was appreciated. The queen bed was very noisy, and the headboard banged against the wall when getting in and out. The couch also made loud noises when you sat down.It’s not as close to the beach as the listing made it seem—we had to drive across the parking lot to the beach entrance. If you don’t mind walking a bit, it might be fine.On the bright side, the small extras in the bathroom and kitchen were thoughtful, especially since we forgot shampoo. Overall, an average stay.

Room was great overall. Bed slept well. However, it is a little loud when getting in the bed or if you move at all. The room internet never worked, we had to use the Southwinds guest network which was not secure and therefore I gave a 4 instead of a 5. I did rate the Property Manager with a 5 since she was responsive.

Our stay at Southwinds J12

We really enjoyed our stay! This was our 2nd time there at J12 and it's a Great condo, plenty of towels and linens were provided! The entire property is clean and well kept! It's a short walk to the Beach! We also enjoyed the pools and grill area! We would definitely recommend and we plan to come back soon!
