Welcome to beautiful Clear Lake, Atlanta Michigan!
Newly remodeled (2021) lake front home welcomes plenty of family and friends for your perfect up north get-away. Home sleeps up to 10 people, with 2 full baths. Brand new large deck and dock overlooking the lake to enjoy morning sunrises and sunsets.
- Clear lake is a spring fed, all sports lake perfect for boating, skiing, fishing, kayaking, etc. (Bass, Splake, Perch, etc.)
- Access to miles of Michigan's ORV/Snowmobile trails 500 yards across the street!
- Thousands of acres of state land in the surrounding area perfect for hunting, hiking, elk viewing, etc.
- AC & Wi-fi
- Town of Atlanta is located 8 miles south for groceries.
- Home comes with 4 kayaks for guests to enjoy.
- 2 DNR public boat launches on lake. Home dock is set up to tie up your boat for the week. (Pontoon for rent for an additional $1200/stay)
- Gas BBQ grill with 2 fridges to accommodate food and beverages.
- Fire Pit built into outdoor deck for evening smore's and star gazing.
- 1 hour drive to many golf courses (Garland, Treetops, Black Lake UAW, etc.)
- 1 hour drive to Mackinaw City
- Laundry room available for use

We renovated this home in the spring of 2021 to accommodate a beautiful and relaxing get-away for your family and friends. Beautiful new kitchen, baths and new bedrooms! Original part of the home has a cabin feel with knotty pine but with all modern amenities.

**Pontoon Rental available for an additional $1200/stay.

**Up to two dogs are welcome for an additional fee. We too enjoy vacationing with our pets, but please follow our rules to continue making our home pet friendly:
- No dogs on any furniture/beds/etc.
- Dogs must be on a leash/lead while outdoors
- Dogs must be up to date on all vaccinations
- Dogs must be crated when owners are not in home
- Must pick up droppings in lawn
- Please dry off pets before they come into the home

Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please also: - Take out all bagged trash to the black garbage bin outside. - Put kayaks on the wood deck, paddles and life jackets back in the boat house. - Put covers on grill and fire pit.
If you brought a pet and have not paid the pet fee, it is $35/night. Please leave cash or check on the kitchen counter. We would like to keep our home pet friendly.
If you rented the pontoon, please leave your cash or check on the kitchen counter. You can leave the key in the boat.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Max guests: 12 per day/night
No vehicles on grass, this includes but not limited to ORVs and trailers.
You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay.

Comfortable cottage on beautiful northern Michigan lake

Cottage was clean, modern, and pleasant. I'd recommend it to anyone looking for a stay on a beautiful lake. The cottages on this lake are close together so there is much outdoor privacy, but we still had a great time and got to meet the neighbors./ Overall, would defintiely recommend a stay here!

Clear lake is beautiful! The house charming the deck/custom fire pit a great place to spend a spring evening overlooking g the blue green water. Loved the house and the setting! We hope to return in the future.

Family getaway

Beautiful clean home with plenty of beds for all of us. Easy access to boat launch and loved that we were able to keep our boat docked on the property. The neighbors were all very nice and welcoming. Great communication from the host. Would highly recommend for a family vacation.

Great Ice Fishing Getaway

The property is just as advertised. The cottage is comfortable, clean and has nice finishings. The location on Clear Lake puts you on a well managed lake for ice fishing and close to other good producers. Overall we enjoyed our stay and will be booking again in the future.

Absolutely awesome property!

Everything was absolutely wonderful! The host was so great in helping us determine if the wheelchair we were traveling with would work in the house - very much appreciated that. The one and only negative was that they left their pontoon at the dock for the week when we notified that we were bringing our own - and our’s didn’t fit well on tiny opposite side of dock….and a dock pole ended up breaking. Would stay again - LOVED IT!

Family vacation

We spent a week at the lake house. Sidney was very responsive and very helpful with renting the boat and suggestions for things to do that didn’t involve the lake. The lake doesn’t have a ton of houses so it never was terribly busy boating or tubing. The kids had a blast and we would absolutely return again. Highly recommend!

Family weekend

The photos really don't do this place justice. It is perfect for a family/friends weekend. We enjoyed the crystal clear water everyday we were there. We floated, we swam, we kayaked, and basically just hung out in the water. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed to make our meals, and the view from every window was fabulous. Also, the owner was very kind and accommodating. We decided we would like to make this an annual family event.

Lake House getaway

Loved this lake house!!! It has all the amenities of being at home with the bonus of a beautiful lake to enjoy! My daughters and I came up here for a much needed getaway. My daughter fished every day, we kayaked, enjoyed the pontoon and had s’mores by the fire. The owners Sidney and Aaron are very quick to respond to messages. Check in was very easy. Would highly recommend this place and would definitely come back!!!

Beautiful and Relaxing

This place was nicer than we imagined. Beautiful house on a spectacular lake. Sidney was an amazing host. Super responsive and knowledgeable of the are. We really enjoyed the ping pong table, kayaks, and crystal clear waters of clear lake. We golfed Black Lake which was splendid. All around 6/5 stars. Great area, great host, amazing spot!!
