Beautiful Mid-Century Modern home with large private downstairs area. I LIVE UPSTAIRS but you won't see me unless you need something. A fabulous park is located across the street that everyone in the family can enjoy: roller hockey, pickle ball, skate board ramps, soccer fields, playground, picnic areas for families, walk path. There is also a water park across the street. Large, spacious basement with to 2 separate bedrooms with queen beds, and 2 queen bed high top air mattresses, coffee bar, refrigerator, microwave, wi-fi, tv with Netflix and Amazon Prime. 3 minutes from downtown Littleton, 5 minutes from the light rail, 5 minutes from Hudson Gardens, 20 minutes to Red Rocks Concert Venue, 20 minutes from downtown Denver. Great location!

THE SPACE
1,200 sq ft of private living space located downstairs. Two bedrooms are located downstairs with 2 queen beds. One full bathroom is located downstairs along with a wet bar, coffee bar, refrigerator and microwave. Tv and sleeper sofa located in living room and queen high top mattress available as well.

GUEST ACCESS
Guests have access to the large living area located downstairs with full access to the huge living room, 2 bedrooms located downstairs, private bathroom, wet bar with coffee, microwave and refrigerator. I LIVE UPSTAIRS.

Excellent location for a Denver family vacation

Highly recommend this VRBO for a family vacation. Exactly as advertised, excellent host, great location to do all the fun things in Denver. Very roomy accommodations, comfortable beds and large sectional couch were perfect after a day of hiking.

Nicest and Most Accommodating Host Ever

The space was beyond clean, and the host was so nice I didn't want to leave. The location was ideal for travel to either Denver or front range spots like Red Rocks Amphitheatre, and was right across the street from a park so I could stretch my legs. Overall, incredible experience. Don't hesitate to book this stay.

Clean, quiet location

This is a nice place to stay if you are visiting the area. It only sleeps four comfortably. There is only 2 beds, one bathroom, and small mini frig. There is air mattresses but if your staying for 5 day no one wants to sleep on air mattress for that long. All in all clean cozy and comfortable.

Our host was very friendly and accommodating. The location of the home was excellent for our needs. I recommend this listing to others. Two suggestions for improvement: an additional light in the one bathroom. We had to move the bedroom lamp into the bathroom to put on makeup. A portable heater for the bathroom. In the summer, with the A/C, on the bathroom was uncomfortable cold during showers.

Great location for young families

Location was across a park with lots to do and central to many things around Denver. But the 2nd “bedroom had no door, no closet and not a true 4th wall. Also the bathroom was inside the one true bedroom. Not much privacy. Great place for a family with younger kids or one couple. Host was great.

Thank you for your visit. The pictures clearly show that the second bedroom has a privacy screen for the door and one bathroom. There is a large armoire in that bedroom. I'm glad you enjoyed the park and being 15 minutes from Redrocks and downtown Denver.

Such a convenient location! The beautiful park is literally just across the street and is packed with amenities. The host is super-responsive and accommodating. All areas were fresh and clean. We had everything we needed for our 5-night stay. Enjoy your stay in Littleton!
