About this property

Seaspray Condos - 207A

One Queen bed and one Full bed in the bedroom upstairs. The living room also has a Sleeper Sofa allowing this unit to sleep up to 6 people. There is a 42" TV in the living room and a 38" TV in the bedroom. This unit also includes two DVD players, blender, hand mixer, standard coffee maker, ironing board, vacuum, hair dryer and dryer rack. There is a half bath downstairs and the bathroom upstairs has a tub/shower combo. Dogs and declawed cats only. There is a strict weight limit of 30 pounds per pet (there is a limit of two pets per condo). The pet fee is $25.00 per night, per pet. The pet fee is payable at check-in. All of the condos are townhouse-style. (Living area downstairs, bedroom/bathroom upstairs)

Seaspray Condos was perfect for our short get away!

So convenient to the beach! The courtyard is beautiful. The upstairs has two full-size beds in one bedroom. The downstairs couch is a sleeper. The four of us fit nicely for a short, 3 night stay. Half bath downstairs was a saver! I would prefer that the upstairs full bathroom floor be cleaner, but I did not request service. The security/maintenance staff was very nice.

Marlene, We are so happy that you had a wonderful vacation here at Seaspray. We do have condos on property with that 1/2 bath downstairs which does make it nice. Our beach is beautiful. We do provide 2 beach chairs and 1 umbrella at the beach during your stay. We are within walking distance to restaurants and shops and just 5.5 miles west of Destin. We would love to have you come and stay again.
