Dive into a perfect beachside escape, with emerald green waters and stunning white sandy beaches just steps away. Enjoy the pool nearby, where you can swim, float, lounge, socialize, or have a barbeque. From the living room balcony, delight in watching dolphins leap just 100 yards away!

Enjoy the sugar white sandy beaches and emerald waters of Okaloosa Island that are just steps from this brightly decorated unit. The unit has a master suite with one and one half bath. The bedroom has a king size bed. There are hallway bunk beds for children and a queen sleeper sofa. The fully furnished kitchen and cookware to assist you in preparing homemade meals for loved ones. The spacious balcony is perfect for al fresco dinning and offers beautiful views of the waves rolling off the beach. There is a laundry room with a stack-able washer and dryer along with two TVs, two DVDs and a CD/stereo player. The unit also has free Wi-Fi.

Gulf Dunes was built in 1999 and is one of the premiere properties on Okaloosa Island. It has two Gulfside heated pools and a tennis court. There are two boardwalks that take you to directly to 426 feet of sugar white sands. Gulf Dunes is far enough from the crowds and busy traffic to enjoy the beach but close enough for walking to nearby shops and restaurants.

The location with the beach is wonderful. We particularly enjoy the complimentary beach chairs/umbrella. The Stewby's food joint within walking distance is a distinct bonus. We have stayed at this location twice and we will be back.
