A 4-season sunroom with pocket doors offers optional privacy, while the open, fully equipped kitchen with quartz countertops flows into the dining area and spacious living room. One bedroom features a queen bed, and a second bedroom includes a twin trundle. A full hallway bathroom is equipped with a Stander security pole and a curve grab bar for added safety.
Second Floor:
The large king bedroom includes a private deck with channel views, a cozy sitting area with a desk, and a twin trundle (2 twins). The second bedroom has a queen bed and a desk. A large, shared bath with soaking tub, shower, and double vanity is accessible from both the hall and the king bedroom.

The garage-level space includes board games, a large table, foosball, a sitting area, and a half bath. Additional garage access provides storage and a second fridge.
