With three floors and an open floor plan, you will find more than enough room to accommodate up to six guests. The main living space is on the second floor and is made up of the living room, dining space, and fully equipped kitchen. Your kitchen comes fully equipped with the cookware and dishware you need to prepare meals of all sizes. From the living room you can step onto a furnished private balcony for a relaxing view of the neighborhood and partial beach views.

Enjoy the comforts of home during your vacation here. With flat screen TVs located in the living room and all three bedrooms and free wifi, you will have no trouble relaxing with your favorite shows or movies. Great Location

Great location. We enjoyed being on the beach with pool access. It was perfect for a family of 5. However, it was dirty upon arrival. We let the property manager know, but no one came to the property.

poor management

I have stayed in Sea Haunts for the last 12 years. I was disappointed in this condo because of the management and communication with the rental company. I was told the garage could be used for beach gear storage, and the door has been obviously out of use for quite some time. The garage was unusable, so everything had to be stored around the back of the unit. The company said there was no beach gear for renters to use, but that was inaccurate. I spent the extra money to rent from a local company prior to arrival, however, there was plenty of gear available for use from the owners. The 2 bedroom doors on the top level don't close properly and to open them it wakes up anyone sleeping on that level. So we spent the week without being able to close the bedroom doors. All of the issues were brought to management's attention within the first 2 days of arrival. There were no attempts to resolve issues with the garage, bedroom doors, outlets not working, and leaking shower. Poorly managed property. All of our past stays in Sea Haunts have excellent.

Beautiful stay near the ocean

The property is a close walk to the beach, the property had everything we needed. Although i thought it was beachfront, the property sits behind another property, but overall it was a short walk to the beach. Our family had a relaxing stay and we would come back for another family trip. It was an easy check in and check out.

Good location!

The positives were, good location. Very close to the beach and pool and a safe gated area. The property was very well set up in the kitchen, master bedroom is very large. The negatives, the place was dirty. We were met at the place by someone who was very nice and checked the house before we went in and told us he was making sure it was clean and ready for us. He was nice, but the place was not cleaned or checked. The first floor bathroom was bad, toilet was not cleaned or sink area, shower head was dripping non stop (fixed while we were there along with door that didn’t lock to the property😳). The floors throughout were very dirty. There are so many other things that are more than just the typical rental property issues. I won’t be renting this property again.

Good location

Positives: beds were comfortable, kitchen well equipped Negatives: The electrical outlet by the microwave is not functioning properly. The floors were dirty, and for the most part we found the furniture to be junk. Dining table junk, metal chairs heavy and very uncomfortable. Bedroom dressers and bedside tables were junk. Living room furniture cheap and very uncomfortable. We did not expect the furnishings to be the same as what we have at home since it is a rental. However, the poor quality and functionality of the furniture gave us a very poor experience as far as the condo goes. We will not be renting it again.
