About this property

Blue Haven- Beachside condo - 4 minute walk to sand!

Come enjoy Blue Haven, our remodeled beachside condo just a 4-minute walk to the sugar-white sand! Located in Beachside Villas near Eastern Lake on 30A, our family-friendly complex is on the beach side of 30A — no crossing 30A to get to the beach! One of the complex's two pools is directly next to the condo. Beachside Villas also offers two lighted tennis courts, shuffleboard, a party deck, and lots of green space, with great biking throughout the complex and along 30A.

When you're ready to hit the beach, it's an easy 4-minute walk to the Eastern Lake Public Beach Access at the end of San Roy Road, where you can enjoy a beautiful stretch of beach where Eastern Lake meets the Gulf. Please note that beach-use rules may affect where chairs and beach gear can be set up near the access and Eastern Lake outfall. As an added convenience, Beachside Villas provides a complimentary golf-cart shuttle to and from the beach access from April 1 through August during shuttle hours.

We're also just a short bike ride from The Big Chill and conveniently located between Seaside and Rosemary Beach — a perfect home base for enjoying everything 30A has to offer! The condo includes parking for two vehicles in sought-after beachside parking.

The unit has been completely remodeled and updated, and the Beachside Villas complex has also been renovated with new siding, windows and doors. The primary bedroom features a King bed, television and private bathroom with a remodeled shower. The second bedroom has a Queen bed and television, and the third bedroom has a Full bed, Twin bed and television. The second bathroom has a tub/shower combination. The condo also has a full-size stackable washer and dryer.

Enjoy cooking a seafood feast or a quick snack in the updated kitchen with stainless-steel appliances. There's plenty of room for family meals, with seating for six at the dining table plus three at the bar. The living area features a huge 55" TV for movie night, and the balcony is a great spot to relax and enjoy the evening breeze.

One important note: Blue Haven is on the 3rd floor. That means a nice third-story view, but also some stairs — sorry, there is no elevator!

For safety and security, there is a Ring security camera outside the front door that covers only the common entry area.

The property is in the 3rd floor, no elevators.The 4 min walk to the beach is to a private beach- for a different complex. You can walk to it, but chairs have to be at the water line. You can shuttle to the public beach, but the shuttle only runs from 9-4:30 and we had to walk back with all of our gear- 0.8 of a mike. The condo itself is nice but the location was misleading.

I am so happy you thought our condo was nice — thank you for those kind words! And on the beach access, oh gosh — I am so sorry this was your experience! We really do try to be very upfront on the site and in our communications with guests, but clearly we could have done a better job explaining the beach access. Our condo is on the 3rd floor with steps and no elevator, which we try to make clear in the listing because we know that can be important for guests. As for the beach, the public beach access at Eastern Lake is actually about .3 miles from our condo, and yes, our community provides a complimentary shuttle during the day. I honestly did not realize the shuttle stopped running at 4:30, and I am so sorry you ended up having to walk back with all of your beach gear! I can certainly understand how frustrating that would be if you weren't expecting it. We do provide a beach wagon to cart all your gear; sounds like that didn't help for your situation at the end of the day! We love being on the beachside of 30A and so close to the beach, but I completely understand that the setup may not be what everyone is looking for. Thank you again for staying with us and, especially, for the feedback. We will use it to make the beach access and shuttle information even clearer for future guests!

This condo was outstanding! I stayed for 45 nights and it had everything I needed! Great location, outstanding amenities, pictures represented it perfectly. I will definitely be back for my future winter months working remotely. Owner and property manager quickly responded to my three questions!

We had a lovely 8-night stay at Blue Haven! The complex is close to the beach and just minutes away from restaurants, grocery stores, and shopping. Our family of 5 spent lots of time at the beach - it was an easy walk to the public beach area, and we appreciated the binder that included lots of helpful info, including which section of beach to access. The pool was nice (and close!) and the neighborhood was quiet. We would definitely recommend this property and hope to have a return visit!

We are a family of 6 from Nashville, Tennessee, who loves the Seagrove Beach area! We fell in love with Beachside Villas and finally bit the bullet and bought this beautiful, remodeled unit, in 2021, making further renovations since that time.

Why they chose this property

Beachside Villas is one of Seagrove Beach's best kept secrets. It is beachside and only a 2 minute walk from the main beach access (a rarety in the Seaside/ Rosemary Beach/ Seagrove Beach area), with another beach access 5 minutes away. We love that it is close to the Hub (now "the Big Chill") and Eastern Lake, and within biking distance of both Seaside and Rosemary Beach. The two pools, tennis courts, sand volleyball courts, and shuffleboard areas make Beachside Villas a community like no other.

What makes this property unique

We love this place because it is beachside (no walking across 30A), has tennis courts, two pools, is within biking distance of both Seaside and the Hub (now "the Big Chill"), and has lovely walking and biking trails around Eastern Lake.
