Spacious holiday home, close to the beach, WiFi, pets welcome, quiet residential area

Stropp´s Hüsje offers space for 4-6 people on more than 100 m².
Upstairs are two bedrooms with comfortable bunks and two 90/200 mattresses each. The red room has a closet, iron and ironing board are there. Both bedrooms have roof windows with external shutters.
In the living room, the sofa bed offers additional sleeping space for two people, alternatively an air bed is available. The fireplace creates a cozy atmosphere in winter. TVs and DVD players round off the evening hours.
The large, bright bathroom with tub, shower, toilet, vanity and hairdryer is on the ground floor. An additional guest toilet is also available.
The kitchen is equipped with a stove and oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee capsule machine, kettle, toaster, blender, waffle maker and more. Spices are also available.
The large, well-kept garden invites you to relax. A covered terrace offers protection from small rain showers.
The bicycles can be conveniently stored in the garage, unfortunately cars have to be parked in the parking space in front of them.
Beach, play barn, shops and restaurants can be reached on foot or by bike. A special feature is the North Sea lagoon, where you can swim in the sea water regardless of the tide and even the little ones have plenty of opportunities to play here.
In the interest of all tenants, we attach great importance to the fact that dogs do not go on the beds or on the couch and hope that they will be understood.

Sehr schönes Haus mit süßen Schlaf-kojen. Großzügiges Bad, in der Küche war alles vorhanden. Großzügiges Wohn/Esszimmer. Wir hatten eine tolle Woche mit unseren Kindern. Zum Wasser sind es zu Fuß ca. 15 min. Alles was man braucht auch in der Nähe gut erreichbar.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr gemütlich und einladend eingerichtet. Wir hatten mit Hund und Kindern einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt und eine schöne Auszeit vom Alltag. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man für den Alltag als Familie benötigt. Gerne kommen wir wieder. Für Familie mit kleinen Kindern, waren die Betten perfekt, da niemand herausfallen konnte, fast wie zuhause im Familienbett.

Wir hatten einen wirklich tollen Aufenthalt.Der gesamte Ablauf – von der Buchung bis zur Abreise – verlief absolut reibungslos und unkompliziert. Das Haus war bei unserer Ankunft sehr sauber und gepflegt, sodass man sich direkt wohlfühlen konnte.Besonders positiv hervorzuheben ist auch die gute Lage. Man erreicht den Strand in wenigen Gehminuten und kann die Umgebung wunderbar erkunden.Die Vermieterin war jederzeit erreichbar, sehr freundlich und konnte bei Fragen oder Anliegen sofort weiterhelfen. Wir würden das Ferienhaus definitiv weiterempfehlen und kommen gerne wieder.

Das Haus ist sehr geräumig, gepflegt, gut ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin war immer freundlich und reibungslos.Insgesamt ist die Einrichtung etwas in die Jahre gekommen.Wir waren im Winter hier und die Temperaturen draußen waren sehr niedrig. Im Sommer wäre unsere Bewertung wahrscheinlich besser ausgefallen, aber wir müssen sagen, dass das Haus energetisch nicht für einen Winterurlaub gemacht ist.Trotz Einstellung der Heizung auf 23 grad war es im Wohnzimmer nicht wärmer als 18 grad und über Nacht ist es auf 14 grad abgekühlt. Ohne genug Holz zum heizen können wir einen Winterurlaub hier also nicht empfehlen.

Sehr geehrte Jane S., Vielen Dank für Ihre Bewertung, die mich jedoch sehr verwundert. Bereits am ersten Tag schrieben Sie mir, dass es kalt wäre im Haus woraufhin ich die Heizung höher stellte und Sie bat sich zu melden falls dies nicht genüge. Eine Rückmeldung Ihrerseits kam nicht, somit ging ich davon aus, dass die Temperaturen jetzt in Ordnung wären. Ich komme gerne den Wünschen meiner Gäste nach, sofern sie sich bei mir melden. Wenn ich keine Rückmeldung bekomme, kann ich leider nicht reagieren. Schade, dass Sie anstatt einer Rückmeldung lieber gefroren und dann schlecht bewertet haben…. Sie schreiben in Ihrer Bewertung ebenfalls, dass die Einrichtung etwas in die Jahre gekommen wäre. Leider differenzieren Sie Ihre Pauschalaussage nicht. Zur Information: 2025 wurden die Schlafzimmereinbauten (Bettenanlagen, Wandschränke und Innentüren) komplett erneuert, zudem wurde eine neue Heizkassette eingebaut. 2024 wurden das Ess- und Wohnzimmer neu gestrichen und eine neue Couchlandschaft inkl. Sessel angeschafft. 2023 wurden sämtliche Fenster erneuert und eine neue Gas-Brennwerttherme inkl. Hydraulischem Abgleich eingebaut. 2022 wurde die Aussenfassade neu gestrichen und die Einbauküche erhielt neue Fronten. Im gesamten Haus sind hochwertige Elektrogeräte eingebaut: Waschmaschine, Trockner, Spülmaschine von Miele, ansonsten Siemens und Bosch Geräte. Zudem gibt es ein hochwertiges Marken-Service, Indisch blau von Winterling. Eine durchschnittliche Bewertung von 9,6 zeigt mir, dass sowohl Kälteempfinden als auch Ausstattungsansprüche immer subjektiv sind.

Es hat alles super geklappt. Eine Info zum nicht vorhandenen Kaminholz wäre schön gewesen. Lage ist super, Ausstattung super, sehr gemütliches Haus. Kommen gerne wieder.

Das Ferienhaus war sehr geräumig und genauso, wie es beschrieben war und ließ keine Wünsche offen. Wir hatten mit unserem Hund eine schöne und sehr erholsame Zeit dort, auch Dank des abgegrenzten und sichtgeschützten Gartens, wo wir viel Zeit (bei Superwetter) verbracht haben.Ein Wohlfühlort...Die fußläufig zu erreichende Umgebung fand ich persönlich nicht so interessant und auch nicht besonders hundefreundlich, was ich dem besonders gepflegten Wohngebiet und den wenig naturbelassenen Freiräumen zuschreibe.Ist aber Geschmackssache. Für Familien mit Kindern ist es sicherlich optimal.

Die Fewo ist sehr geräumig und sehr einladend eingerichtet. Auch der Garten ist sehr schön.Der Weg zum Meer scheint am Anfang unnötig lang, weil es keinen direkten Weg gibt, sondern man eine Art Umweg laufen muss. Das liegt aber nicht speziell an diesem Haus, sondern daran, dass es nur wenige Übergänge über den Deich gibt. Man gewöhnt sich sehr schnell daran.Insgesamt auf jeden Fall sehr empfehlenswert.

Geburtstags Wichenende für unseren Sohn

Das Haus ist super schön und gemütlich, vor Ort gibt es alles was man sich nur wünscht auch der Kontakt funktioniert reibungslos. Überall volle Punktzahl außer 4 bei der Lage (da wäre eine direkte Brücke zum mehr sehr schön wofür das Haus natürlich nichts kann). Ansonsten ist die Lage super. Auch der Ort ist toll. Wir können die Fisch Bar sehr empfehlen. Was schade ist das die Läden schon um 20uhr schließen (allerdings haben Sie dafür Sonntags offen). Leider klappen sich hier um 21:30 Uhr die Bürgersteige hoch (das kann aber an der Nebensesion liegen). Ansonsten ein echt toller Ort um abzuschalten! Sehr sehr gerne wieder !!!

Herrliche Unterkunft

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit! Die Vermieterin war supernett und wir haben uns in dem hellen, freundlichen Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Einziges Manko war, dass ich vergaß, dass ich wohl doch auf Tierhaare allergisch bin. Wenn es in der Unterkunft erlaubt ist, Haustiere mitzubringen, ist es selbstverständlich, dass nicht bei jeder Reinigung alle Hunde- und Katzenhaare aus Teppichen und Decken entfernt werden können. Aber dennoch hatten wir, wie schon geschrieben, eine schöne Zeit.

Gemütlich!

Alles in allem, es war Perfekt: die Lage traumhaft, fast direkt am Wasser (10-15min zu Fuß), die Gastgeberin ist super freundlich und unkompliziert in der Kommunikation. Die Umgebung ist ebenfalls traumhaft, die Unterkunft unglaublich gemütlich. Danke für die tollen Tage die viel zu schnell rum waren und wir nicht ansatzweise alles geschafft haben... wir kommen wieder - ganz sicher!

Alles ok

Es war ein verlängertes Wochenende mit Familie und Hund. Sehr schönes Häuschen mit Garten. Mit allem ausgestattet, was man so braucht. Alles zu Fuß zu erreichen. Strand schön und grosse, eingezäunte Hundewiese am Deich. Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe. Der einzige Nachteil in Burhave ist, das man keine Kartenzahlung durchführen kann.

Entspannter Urlaub

Im großen und ganzen kann man sagen, dass wir eine sehr schöne Zeit in Burhave verbringen durften. Das Haus ist großzügig und bietet ausreichend Platz. Auch die Lage hat uns sehr zugesagt. Das einzige Manko ist die Tatsache das Hunde nicht in der Region willkommen sind. Die ausgewiesenen Plätze bieten keine schöne Zeit zum verweilen.

Toller Familienurlaub

Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt, in 20 minuten waren wir zu Fuß mit Hund und Kind am Strand. Tolles Ferienhaus, die Ausstattung ist wirklich gut. Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war auch problemlos.
