The moment you walk in, you’ll feel the relaxed atmosphere: warm colours, plenty of light, and a lovingly designed living area that instantly puts you in a holiday mood.
With 80 m² of space, Fiete offers plenty of room for up to 6 people. The ground floor welcomes you with a bright, open living-dining area that’s perfect for spending time together—whether it’s over breakfast, while cooking, or during a relaxing evening watching TV. From here, you have direct access to the sunny, covered terrace.
The open kitchen is fully equipped: induction stove, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, and much more. Everything is designed to make your holiday as pleasant as possible. The utility room is equipped with a high chair, a washing machine, a clothes rack, an ironing board, and an iron.
Upstairs, you’ll find 3 comfortable bedrooms:
Two with cosy double beds, a TV, and an en suite bathroom, and one with a bunk bed—ideal for children or teenagers. A travel cot for a toddler is also available.
Underfloor heating throughout the house ensures pleasant warmth and comfort—a real plus, especially on cool days.
Entertainment has also been taken care of: books, games, a large TV, a DVD/Blu-ray player, a stereo system, and a PlayStation 4 in the living room offer plenty of options for cosy evenings or rainy days.
The outdoor area includes a covered patio with seating, a small green space, and plenty of room to play. Two free parking spaces are located right next to the house.
Fiete is a smoke-free home; pets are not allowed—ideal for guests who value a clean and quiet environment.
The holiday home is located in a quiet new residential development, just a short walk from the beach. Restaurants, shopping, the North Sea lagoon, the Spielscheune, and other recreational activities are all within easy walking distance. There’s also a bus stop very nearby.
And for those who’d like to travel with friends or family: right next door is the sister house, Finja, which is also available for rent.

The Fiete holiday home is located in a quiet new residential development in Butjadingen, just about 800 metres from the beach. Restaurants, shopping, a pharmacy, a doctor’s office, the North Sea Lagoon, and the Spielscheune are all within easy walking distance. A bus stop with connections to nearby towns is also nearby. The location combines relaxation, short distances, and a family-friendly environment.

The house has three bedrooms on the upper floor.
Two of the rooms are furnished with a large double bed, a closet, and additional storage space. The third bedroom features a practical bunk bed—ideal for children. In all rooms, large windows with shutters provide plenty of natural light or allow for comfortable blackout conditions. A TV is also available.

Description of the bathrooms:
The Fiete holiday home features two modern, naturally lit shower rooms with walk-in showers. There are also two separate bathrooms, so there’s no crowding even when the house is fully occupied. The bathrooms are bright, comfortable, and functional—perfect for families and groups.

Outdoor Area Description:
The sunny terrace is accessible directly from the living area and is furnished with comfortable patio furniture and a large table—ideal for outdoor breakfasts or cosy evenings. The fenced-in yard offers plenty of space for playing and relaxing. A private parking space is available free of charge.

House Rules/Pricing Information:
A one-time service and processing fee of €19.00 applies to each booking.

In addition to the rental price, a guest fee (formerly tourist tax) per person per night must be paid directly to the property manager. The amount can be paid in cash or by card on site. You can find the exact amounts here:
