The balcony and rooftop both had great views and everything was so clean. The condo also had wonderful amenities and had everything we needed for a nice vacation. The property was clean and everyone was very friendly. Lots of stuff to do onsite.

Definitely comfortable and convenient location. We thought the beach access was closer/easier from the ads and pictures. One set of neighbors was pretty loud and in party mode well after 10 PM on the balcony. This was a bit of a problem since, with the heat, we had to have windows and sliding doors open for breeze. Some features are showing their age. EX: Upstairs sliding door screen doesn't close all the way tightly, allowing mosquitos to enter and bite the kids overnight.Still, we had a wonderful vacation and very much appreciated the conveniences available in the kitchen and closets. (cooking tools and beach toys/umbrellas/chairs).Thank you.

North Coast Village does have quiet hours, and patrol is available to address noise complaints. They would have been happy to step in and take care of the situation so you could enjoy a peaceful evening. We also appreciate you bringing the sliding screen door to our attention. We'll have our maintenance team take a look to make sure it closes properly and keeps those unwanted little visitors outside where they belong! Thank you again for staying with us. So fun!

This our third time staying in Oceanside, and it was so fun! The condo was perfect and had everything we needed. It was close to the ocean and had a beautiful view from the top balcony. We will definitely be back!

Amazing vacation spot

Rented this to visit our son who is in the marines and this was an amazing place to stay for our vacation. Had everything you need for the beach, to cook and to clean. The pool and jacuzzi as well as the game room was also a great time. The view was breathtaking!

Comfortable, clean, and beautiful gardens

My 4 cousins (sisters) and I stayed for 4 nights. We enjoyed the deck and view of the beach, the sound of the ocean wavesthe full kitchen and comfortable beds and living spaces. The beach is a short walk away with no plenty of restaurants and activities within walking distance. We would all stay there again!

Annual Girls Trip

The property was very clean, the grounds are beautifully maintained. Very comfortable furniture and beds. The ocean view is from the upstairs deck, so we didn't spend a lot of time on the deck, instead we walked on the beach.

Holiday vacation

Excellent place to rent! Very spacious and clean. Well equipped kitchen and unit with beach equipment. Great location right by the beach. Friendly and helpful staff. Easy to communicate with owner. We highly recommend and would definitely stay here again.

We had a great stay with our adult daughter. She enjoyed having the dedicated upstairs space. We appreciated the inclusion of the good white noise makers in the bedrooms, given our proximity to the rail line. Plenty of space for us to work remotely and also hang out in the common space when our son and fiancee visited with us. Lastly, we enjoyed watching the sun set into the Pacific from the rooftop deck.

This condo is amazeballs!

The condo is straight up beautiful. Looks just like the pictures. What really surprised us was how well equipped the kitchen is and all the beach stuff provided. Loved our stay and the property managers were in constant communication. Totally recommend

Beautiful property, nice, clean, condo, fully equipped. Bring laundry soap and plan to purchase a laundry card or download an app if you plan to do your laundry.

Great experience

You can’t beat the location. The balcony overlooking the ocean is amazing. The condo is well Equipped. The only two issues were the often not functioning elevator (made check in brutal) and the trains at night. Would Return for sure!

Thank you for your review and feedback. We were unaware of the elevator not working. Usually if there is an issue, the HOA will let us know so that we can find a way to accommodate you. The trains can be bothersome at times, but with the noise machine and ear plugs we provide, we get very few complaints. Hopefully that will not deter you from coming back!

Beautiful space

Just as described. Beautiful and super clean. We were greeted with complimentary treats and waters for our kids which was so sweet and thoughtful! We visited in August when it was super hot so be aware of no AC in the unit. The extra beach amenities were also so amazing to have!

Great location, great views

Stayed with a friend to celebrate our birthdays. We had a great time! So close to the ocean with amazing views! Comfortable beds, great layout, nice furniture. Very accommodating with the beach equipment and fans. An issue with the TV in one room with no fix during the stay. No communication about picking up keys or parking prior to arrival but host was responsive and security was available 24/7, so it was a quick resolution. Definitely would stay again!

A Good Stay Overall

We have stayed in NCV a couple of times and we like the location, landscaping, and amenities. Our recent stay was our first one in winter, and the holiday decorations were outstanding. This unit has a nice rooftop deck and the layout worked well for a family of 4 upstairs and grandparents in the downstairs bedroom. We had pretty much everything we needed; a little laundry soap would be a nice touch as they don't sell it in the laundry rooms. We appreciated the beach towels and chairs & wagon, etc. Customer service at NCV is outstanding - friendly and responsive. Will be back!
