Breathtaking Ocean View Penthouse with Spacious Patio, E-305

This condo has one of the very best views in North Coast Village. It is located on the top floor, approximately 200 feet from the shore, in the 3 story building closest to the ocean. The views of the ocean and harbor from the spacious patio (12’ x 20’) are very beautiful and relaxing. It’s the perfect spot to unwind and watch the sun go down.

There’s plenty of room for six in this two bedroom/two bath unit (1,157 sf), with a living room, dining area and fully equipped kitchen. The upstairs master suite has a king size bed with walk in closet and private bathroom. The downstairs bedroom has two queen size beds. The living room has plenty of seating, a sofa sleeper, and an ocean view deck. All rooms have windows or doors with ocean views and ceiling fans. There are flat screen TV’s with cable subscription in each room and a free Wi-Fi connection. The living room TV has an internet connection. The temperatures and ocean breezes make for very comfortable conditions almost all the time. Discounts are available for weekly and monthly rentals. Please contact owner to find out more. There is no air conditioning in any of the North Coast Village units. A laundry room is conveniently located next to the elevator on the ground floor.

Load and start the dishwasher

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys

Leave the sheets (not blankets or covers) and dry used towels at the bottom of the stairs. Please leave any wet towels and washcloths hanging in the bathroom.

Take all trash and recyclables to the trash chute and recycle bins located between buildings E and F. Please make sure all heaters, fireplaces and lights are off.

Close windows and doors and lock the front deadbolt lock as you leave. Make sure the umbrella on the upper patio is folded down.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

What makes this property unique

The condo complex is right on the beach. The temperatures and ocean breezes make for very comfortable conditions almost all the time. There is no air conditioning in any of the North Coast Village units. From the condo, you just take the elevator down to the pool area and walk around the pool out to the front of the complex and you are on the beach. The complex is also walking distance to the harbor and pier where there are many restaurants and shops. Sea World, San Diego Zoo and Lego Land are also nearby attractions.
