Book this home!! Just spent 5 nights in this beautiful and VERY well stocked and maintained home. Krystle thought of everything. The house is very tastefully decorated and VERY clean. We met friends there and all 4 of us loved it and were so comfortable. Location is perfect and the neighborhood is safe and friendly. We all (2 "ahem" mature married couples) so appreciated the super comfy beds. We had everything we needed to cook breakfasts and even an evening meal. I just can't say enough about Krystle's communication and eagerness to insure we were happy and comfortable. Next trip to Fredericksburg, we will definitely book with her. If I could give this property 20 stars I would. Seriously, book now.

We were a group of 4 and Enjoyed our short stay very much, everything was exactly as described, close to Main Street, clean and Krystle has excellent communication and was very helpful.

Lovely cozy carefully curated and decorated home .We love the attention to detail that Krystle showed.The beds were very comfortable and the pillows fluffy.The kitchen was well equipped. The air-conditioning worked perfectly. There was plenty of hot water. The laundry facilities were excellent. The house was stocked with some coffee ,dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, toilet paper, soap,I wish we had had more free time to just hang around and use the hot tub. The backyard is nicely fenced, and our cousin’s elderly blind dog was safe and comfortable when he was outside. The neighborhood was nice and quiet and clean. The location is handy to downtown Fredericksburg H-E-B and Walmart. There’s a really fun little cat café nearby.I would definitely stay here again!!
