Great location and space. Room was very clean and loaded with whatever might be needed that would be tough to pack. Host was very quick to answer any questions and very accommodating.

BEWARE- Allergy sufferers

Unfortunately, we had to cut our trip short due to the allergy suffering that made our vacation miserable. We think the HVAC either has mold spores in it or there may be something growing behind the vinyl clad bathroom walls. We found a large jar of Rid-mold on top or the refrigerator so obviously the owners are aware of the problem. DO NOT STAY HERE if you have allergies.

I am sorry that you had to cut your trip short. We unfortunately have lots of potential allergens in Florida. However, the HVAC unit is regularly serviced, thoroughly cleaned and inspected. I have had many guests stay there without issue and have many 5 star reviews on other booking platforms. Florida is known for high humidity levels and the product you saw on the fridge is called "Damp-Rid" and it is a way to help absorb humidity and has nothing to do with mold. It is unfortunate that you have chosen to write a negative review due to your own unforeseen reaction to many possible allergens. We wish you the best.
