Villers sur Mer 100m from the beach, in a beautiful 19th century building (near Deauville, Trouville, Honfleur, Cabourg, Houlgate,)<br>40 m2, in a very quiet residence overlooking a garden, ideally located in the centre of the old town. All shops and bus station nearby; just cross the street to be at the beach. <br>On the 3rd floor (without lift) two rooms including living room, open kitchen, bedroom and bathroom with WC. Corner leather sofa in the living room.<br>Equipment: classic oven, electric hob, induction hob, microwave, television, DVD player, vacuum cleaner, ironing board, steamer, grill, kettle, wifi. <br>Sable Show in summer, shell festival in October, sailing school, Paléospace, île aux oiseaux; ideal starting point for visiting the Côte Fleurie and hiking in the countryside <br>Strictly non-smoking. <br>Possibility to rent for a weekend. It is preferable to call or reach by SMS.<br>Agencies abstain<br><br>

Très bon accueil, propriétaire très gentille. On note en points noirs le stationnement impossible à côté places payantes et non libres. Donc stationnement à plus de 400 m. Trois étages à pieds.... Moquette au sol dans la chambre pas évident pour les acariens. . Il faut préciser que le logement est sous les toits et donc il fait très chaud. Un plus : chien accepté, très bon accueil, au centre de Villers et donc avec toutes les commodités au pied de l'immeuble et surtout prix intéressant
