J'ai passé un agréable séjour en solo dans cet appartement très bien situé avec espoir de pouvoir y retourner une prochaine fois ! J'ai apprécié le contact par écrit avec le propriétaire ainsi que l'excellent accueil de Marie Laure chargée de remettre les clefs. J'avais réservé en dernière minute pour fuir la canicule de la région parisienne et je n'ai vraiment pas regretté ce choix qui correspondait à toutes mes attentes : propreté, environnement calme, agréables promenades de proximité m'ont permis de retrouver vitalité en peu de jours... MERCI

Belle résidence très bon accueil un gros bémol la propreté de l appartement four avec des reste de nourriture cabine de douche très très entartréestore extérieur avec moisissure Housse canapé tachée rail baie vitrée sale meuble cuisine cassé poignée du four brûlee sol salle de bain entre vasque et douche pas nettoyé depuis longtemps balcon toile d araignée et sol saleMiroir tache incrustée robinet cuisine fuite vitre non faite ..... dommage l appartement à du potentiel

Appartement idéal pour 2 personnes dans une résidence très bien entretenue et très bien situé.Nous y avons passé un week-end et nous avions le choix de garer notre voiture et se déplacer à pied car c’est tout à fait possible ou alors reprendre la voiture et aller visiter les villes aux alentours qui en valent également le coup.J’ajoute un pour l’accueil que nous avons reçu de Marie-Laure : bonne humeur, bon conseil sur la région, bonnes astuces resto et tellement sympathique (Merci Marie Laure)

Merci pour cet accueil chaleureuse, l'emplacement est intéressante car vous êtes vraiment à 300m de la plage et d'un très bon restaurant "La digue" (un peu cher mais de qualité et face à la mer).

Accueil très sympathique. Appartement très bien situé, cosy, confortable (idéal pour nous deux), au calme. Nous avons fait de très belles balades (bord de mer, marais) et tous les marchés autour... Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

Appartement très bien conçu. Accueil par Marie -Laure très agréable. Être à 5 mn de la plage à pieds et juste en face du parc du Marais est très pratique. Le seul bémol était la propreté du logement.... dommage.
