Upstairs apartment unit of a northeast Tacoma neighborhood home with views of the Puget Sound from the living room and primary bedroom.

Bamboo wood floors, central AC and heat, 2 private bedrooms and 1 full bathroom. Dining room, table for 6. In unit washer and dryer.

Close to shopping, groceries. Minutes away from beautiful Brown’s Point Lighthouse - a gorgeous place for a sunset picnic!

Steps away from North Shore Golf Course (public)

Approx. 15 minutes to downtown Tacoma, 45 min to dowtown Seattle

The home has two units. We (the hosts) occupy the lower level studio unit. You (guests) have separate, private access to the upper level of the home which includes 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, kitchen, laundry (washer/dryer), living room, foyer, and front patio. One car garage is also available, with parking in the driveway, and free street parking.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.
