Modern 3 BR. Holiday in the lagoon city Ueckermünde at the Szczecin Lagoon

We offer a beautiful, modern and clean apartment with a balcony in. 1 Upstairs, in the tourist complex of the lagoon city Ueckermünde. We regularly try to improve our apartment, and to optimize the equipment. The apartment faces south and is right on the water in the marina of the lagoon city. From every window you can enjoy the beautiful views of the marina. The apartment is bright and has a living / dining room with large LED TV, internet connection (wireless), separate well-equipped kitchen, double bedroom (+ LED TV), bedroom with 2 single beds, hall, bathroom with shower and WC. On 61m² have space for up to 4 + 1 people. Linen, towels, energy costs, use of WLAN and parking are included. The final cleaning is also included, if we get passed in a proper and clean swept the apartment. The beach is about 250 m, to the center about 2 km. Here a beautiful hiking and biking trail in the old town of Ueckermünde. It offers several restaurants and cafes as well as boutiques to stroll. In addition, small beer gardens with sunny and shaded areas invite you to linger. Everything is within walking distance. Look also to our many positive reviews of our former guests :-)

Wir waren mit mit unseren beiden Kindern für 2 Wochen in dieser Wohnung. Die Einrichtung ist Tadellos. Wir haben bisher keine Vergleichbare Wohnung gehabt. Man kommt rein und fühlt sich sofort Wohl. Man trifft aus eine sehr saubere und liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung. Einziges Manko war, dass das Bodentiefe Fenster in Schlafraum der Kinder direkt auf den Balkon der Nachbarn führt. Davon waren sie garnicht begeistert, wie man sich wohl vorstellen kann. Ansonsten gab es rein gar nichts zu beanstanden. Sollten wir nochmal nach Uckermünde fahren würden wir die Wohnung wieder mieten. Nebenbei sei noch erwähnt das die Vermieter sehr, sehr nett und zuvorkommend sind!

Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub. Die Ferienwohnung ist wirklich gut ausgestattet und stilvoll eingerichtet. Es wurde an viele Kleinigkeiten gedacht, die unseren Aufenthalt sehr angenehm gestaltet haben. Wir machen oft in Ferienwohnungen Urlaub und diese war die mit Abstand am besten ausgestattete. Auch die Geräte in der Küche sind hochwertig und modern. Einen weiteren Aufenthalt können wir uns sehr gut vorstellen.

Ankommen, Wohlfühlen, Mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtete Ferienwohnung. Es wird an alles gedacht. Kuschelkissen, moderne leichte Bettwäsche zum Entspannen und jede Menge Platz. Für uns war es ein perfekter Urlaub! Wir kommen gern wieder!

Wir haben eine sehr schöne Zeit am Stettiner Haff in einer tollen und sehr schön eingerichteten Ferienwohnungen in der Lagunenstadt verbracht. Man fühlt sich gleich zu Hause. Das Wohnzimmer ist liebevoll eingerichtet, die Küche sehr modern und gut ausgestattet. Es ist alles da, was man braucht. Zudem gibt es s aus allen Zimmern eine tolle Aussicht auf den Hafen. Einfach perfekt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön geschnitten und toll eingerichtet und war sehr sauber. Man hat alles da, was man so braucht (insbesondere in der Küche). Sehr nette Besitzer, die sich noch selbst um die Wohnung kümmern. Schön Gegend mit sehr nahem Strand am Stetiger Haff, der wegen des flachen Wasser und kaum Wellen auch ganz toll für kleine Kinder geeignet ist. In der Umgebung kann man viel unternehmen und muss gar nicht erst nach Usedom fahren. Insgesamt sehr empfehlenswert. :-)))

Hervorragende Unterkunft

Der Sommerurlaub war wundervoll. Die Nähe zum Strand sehr praktisch. Die Wohnung ist völlig ausreichend für eine Familie mit 2 bis 3 Kleinkindern oder max. 2 Jugendlichen, durch die Bereitstellung zweier Einzelbetten in einem separaten Raum. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und wurde vor kurzem renoviert und man merkt, die Eigentümer haben sehr viel Herzblut in die Einrichtung reingesteckt. Die Wohnung ist detailreich und sehr schön eingerichtet. Die Küche ist funktionell und mit allem ausgestattet. Es fehlt an nichts. Die Begrüßung der Eigentümer war offen und herzlich. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und können die Eigentümer aber auch die Wohnung zu 100 % empfehlen. Vielen Dank!!

Sehr schönr gut bgeschnittenen Wohnung mit 2 Schlafzimmern, großes Wohn-Esszimmer, tolle Küche, tolle Aussicht auf den kleine Hafen.Sehr nette Eigentümer,perfekte Schlüsselübergabe und Einweisung.Sehr gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten im Ort,Strand ist um die Ecke,den Griechen in Ueckermünde kann man empfehlen,sehr gute Parkmöglichkeiten,mit dem Fahrrad ist alles bequem erreichbar.Ausflug mit einem kleinen Motorboot vor Ort zu mieten ist sehr zu empfehlen,Insgesamt ein ein schöner toller Urlaub.

Ausgezeichnet

Die Wohnung war wie beschrieben sehr schön und idyllischen im Hafen von Ueckermünde direkt am Haff gelegen. Es war ruhig und entspannt zugleich. Man kann wunderschöne Radtour fahren und der Bootsverleih lädt dazu ein die See- & Flusslandschaft zu erkunden. Der Strand am Haff ist in fünf Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Alles in allem ein perfekter Familienurlaub!

schöne erholsame Tage

Die Ferienwohnung war sehr schön und hatte alles, was man benötigt. Die Schlüsselübergabe verlief ohne Probleme und die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und sorgen schon bei der Anreise, dass man gut in den Urlaub startet. Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig und schön gelegen. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Urlaub 2021 Herbst in Ueckermünde

Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Eine schöne und gemütliche Wohnung. Es ist alles vorhanden, um sich dort wohl zu fühlen. Super Lage und nicht weit zum Strand. Die Vermieter sind auch sehr nett. Hat alles reibungslos geklappt. Ein gelungener Urlaub.

Auf ganzer Linie zu empfehlen!

Die Wohnung verfügt über eine tolle Ausstattung, insbesondere sind die hochwertigen Geräte der Küche hervorzuheben. Man hat von allen Räumen einen fantastischen Ausblick auf Wasser und Schiffe. Auf dem (Haupt-) Balkon kann man prima den Tag ein- und ausklingen lassen. Obwohl viele Wohnungen belegt waren, war es sehr ruhig. Der Sandstrand ist in unmittelbarer Nähe. Dort ist auch ordentliche Gastronomie zu finden, sollte man mal keine Lust zum Kochen haben. Ins Stadtzentrum läuft man ca. 30 Minuten über einen direkten Weg durch die Wiesen und Felder. Hier bietet sich auch ein Fahrrad an. Ueckermünde selbst hat ein paar nette Ecken, in der Umgebung kann man viel erkunden. Wir waren sehr angetan von Flora und Fauna. Die Vermieter sind ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir konnten sogar unseren Reisezeitraum unproblematisch verschieben. Das ist in dieser Form nicht selbstverständlich! Wir bedanken uns für eine tolle Wohnung in perfekter Lage an Wasser und Strand und empfehlen die Wohnung uneingeschränkt jedem, der etwas Ruhe sucht. Auch für kleine Familien scheint die Wohnung super geeignet.

Sehr empfehlenswert

Sehr nette Begrüßung und Einführung in die Wohnung. Ruhige Lage sehr nah am Strand. Man kann gut entspannen. Schön war auch der Brötchenservice vor Ort. Man kann viel in der Natur machen und wenn man Lust hat, ist man recht schnell in Polen und auf Usedom. Sehr Empfehlenswert.

Erholsamer Urlaub

Wir wurden im Vorwege gut informiert und dann persönlich von den Eigentümern herzlich empfangen. Die Wohnung und Umgebung ist wirklich sehr empfehlenswert, uns hat es an nichts gefehlt und bedanken uns noch einmal für diese schöne Zeit.
