Absolutely beautiful cabin!! Location was perfect Close to everything but felt like it was a 1000 miles away from all the noise!! So peaceful!Host was very on top of things!! I would definitely stay here again
A little dirty and had an issue with hot water. overall a good stay. The price was a little hight very small rooms. owner said she was getting a new cleaning service. so i’m sure i would rent again
We loved our stay at this cabin! The location was ideal in that you were close to all the attractions of the area but didn’t have the traffic/noise! The cabin had everything we needed to cook and also had some child sized plates, utensils!
We hope to return and enjoy another great stay!
Our group of four friends enjoyed our stay here. The kitchen is well-equipped and the hot tub was great. We had a couple small issues—the door between the downstairs bedroom and bathroom jammed and we were unable to open it, and the hot tub was low on water. Communication was quick and both issues were resolved quickly. Close to the Smoky Mountain park and easy to find, would definitely stay again.
Very comfortable cabin with very comfortable beds and a really nice hot tub, great location and easy to find. Easy checkin and quick responses from the owner. We did not want to leave !! I highly recommend cozy bear cabin.
I was very happy with my stay at the Cozy Bear Cabin. It was exceptionally clean and was very well organized. From inside the cabinets to the bathroom, things were labeled. It was like I was looking at a Pinterest board. The house was stocked with plenty of towels, toiletry and blankets. Everyone in my party truly had no complaints. We definitely reccomend this Cabin to stay.
This cabin met our needs for the time there as we were able to meet up with some family and visit and all be in one space. The area of the cabin is what is great as it it quiet, far enough out, but close enough to get to town in minutes. We have stayed in this area for years and cant wait to return. Communication with the owner was easy and response was fast.
Super well decorated cabin. Just the right size for the eight of us. Far enough out of Pigeon Forge to be quiet.
Host was very concerned that we were comfortable. We had a wonderful family week.
You can’t go wrong here! Lots of space, and sleeps several folks comfortably. Fully stocked kitchen with everything you need. Hostess Carrie communicates well and quickly addressed one small problem we had (that was way beyond her control *nature*) in a professional manner.
A wonderful trip with a great place to call home for the week!
Very nice cabin in the woods, but close to attractions
Very roomy and open. Bear-themed decor. Hot tub was ready to use. Everything was clean Inside. The front porch deck, however was not usable because of tree debris. Overall, deep cleaning and updating of towels is needed. The upstairs sink drain is slow and stopper does not work. We enjoyed our stay . Thank you
We had a great time at this cabin! My husband and I decided last minute to take a family trip with a few days to spare! This cabin was listed at a great price so we jumped on it! We stayed with my brother and sister in law. We have a 13 year old, 3 year old, and 1 year old. My brother has a 1 year old and 6 month old. We ALL loved the cabin! It is so charming and literally has so many options for sleeping arrangements! The cabin is stocked with everything needed, and more! Very clean, quiet, easy to get to, and all for a great price! Highly recommend and will book again!

Family getaway
I hate to be a downer but this is the first time I’ve ever had to leave a somewhat bad review. The cabin was just okay overall. When we arrived a lot of the lightbulbs were out. There were ants all over the kitchen countertops. The hot tub didn’t get very warm no matter what temp we sat it on and most of the jets didn’t work. Also, the laundry area is on the deck next to the hot tub and one of the bifold doors was hanging off to the side. Other than all this, the beds were comfortable and the cabin was close to everything.

Didn’t expect this at the price I paid
First off when I arrived the front door was open . . Secondly the upstairs bathroom was not available to use . . . The final straw was all the mattresses were very hard and not easy to relax on

I am so sorry to hear that your stay was far from your expectation. I understand your frustration and really wish you would have reached out or communicated some of this during your stay so that we could've tried to address some of these and make your stay more comfortable.
We just put in new CertiPUR Memory Foam mattresses with “medium firmness” in mid-fall. We have seen that they can take a couple months to soften up, and it seems like that may be the case here. I apologize that it made it more difficult to relax. We know that is why you go on vacation and am so sorry you feel you couldn't do that!

Thanks for considering our home! A little about us- my family and I (my husband and our 5 kids) love being outdoors and exploring. Originally from Texas, we've lived in NY, WI, CO, and now back to Texas and thoroughly enjoy seeing what each state has to offer. We have learned that we have a deep admiration for the mountains and the beach. Our cabin in the Smokies offers so much adventure and sight-seeing, it is definitely a place to explore for everyone. We hope you choose our home as your place to stay, but if not, we hope you have a wonderful time during your travels and with the ones you love.
