Bunkhouse Farm Stay

Bring the kids, visit the beautiful Florida Springs, and enjoy staying in a peaceful, cozy farm bunkhouse. Have a rest on the front porch rocking chairs or enjoy connecting with farm way of life while relaxing in the barn themed living room. This renovated goat barn boasts of exposed beams, tin ceilings and chic farm decor. While staying with us you can enjoy visiting with the animals, maybe meet our 2 newest babies and gather some fresh eggs for your breakfast! We are located at a very central area to many parks and springs. We’re also located about 40 minutes from the University of Florida, so come for a game, but stay out of the hustle and bustle of Gainesville. We are located approximately 10 minutes off Interstate 75 and less than 10 minutes from the All-Tech Racetrack so if you are just passing through we are a good 2 night option for weary travelers or a race fan who wants a little distance from the hustle and bustle of the crowd. Couples needing a weekend getaway have enjoyed the comfy cabin feel and the local “rural Florida” exploration.

The owner was awesome and gave us a list of places to visit to make our time more enjoyable. Ice cream at Serendipity was amazing!! The property was close to town and only 45 minutes to an hour from several springs making it easy access for kayakers. The house was private and better than described! Super clean and cozy with super soft beds. They provided us with everything we could have possibly needed. We loved our stay and would go back!

We just had a brief two night stay but the property exceeded our expectations. It was very clean, plenty of room for the four of us and we really enjoyed the resident cat and the horses. Great, relaxing place to stay - had everything we needed! Will definitely stay again if in the area. Note two things as you prepare: 1. as of March 2026, the metal "bunkhouse" sign has been painted white; 2. bring socks or slippers to wear indoors if your tootsies don't like being bare :)

Lovely and cozy place to stay. The horses were beautiful and friendly. Everything you would ever need in this air b and b. Beds are very comfortable witn soft pillows. Decor was very well thought out and made you feel like you were at home. Road is a little rough, but it had just stormed.

We had a really great time on our weekend getaway that started and ended with our wonderful Bunkhouse Farm Stay! Everything felt perfect when we arrived, like coming back home for a visit with your family! We stayed 2 nights and had everything we needed and the place was impeccably clean. We cooked a couple of meals and enjoyed most of our time on the rocking chairs outside on the front porch. The animals on the farm were a delight to see and spend a little time with. This property exceeded our expectations! The house was extremely clean, smelled fresh the second we opened the door & the floors were spotless. The owner had everything from trash bags, ziplock bags, Pyrex containers, and plenty of towels. Communication was wonderful before check in and during. I cannot say enough things about this property owner and the property, cleanliness and amenities/ touches. Would easily book here again!

Loved everything! Super cute. Only thing I would change is the squeaky bed. Ugh. I’m a light sleeper so every move woke me up. Probably not a big deal for others but for me it was a bummer. Loved the location and the house is adorable.

Our hosts went above and beyond to decorate for us for Christmas. They were very nice and helpful. They put a hay bale right next to the house so we could see the horses and pet them. Generally an amazing experience. The house was comfortable and cozy! We will definitely be back!

This was my fourth stay. I love this place! The hosts are amazing. My favorite is the fire pit and sitting on the porch watching the kids ride horses. Fully equipped with all you need, comfy beds and plenty of linens. Thanks for making this available.
