Peaceful, private and secluded! remodel single wide mobile home with added room. Clean and spacious 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, dining area and living room. Great for families or group of friends. Conveniently located within 5-20 miles of all the popular Springs and rivers. Great quiet place to relax or enjoy all the activities of outdoor fun (tubing, kayaking, diving, hiking...). There is a few restaurants and Dollar store in town for most needs. Wi-Fi, TV with local channels and Roku. House sits on one acre in Quite and private place to relax. Enjoy the entire place to yourself.
The fall/winter weather is absolutely beautiful with clear crisp days and cool evenings. Within 20 minutes from the house guests can go antiquing, hiking, and visiting nearby parks and recreation areas during the day. In the evening guests can sit by a bonfire while enjoying their favorite beverage.
The spring/summer is all about playing in the water. Tubing, swimming, kayaking and canoeing, boating, snorkeling and scuba diving and anything else a person would want to do in spring-fed rivers. Ichetucknee springs state park is 2 miles away. Guests will have full access to the house and surrounding area. There are miles of quiet roads for walking or biking
