Maison Familiale Proche La Rochelle - 8 Personnes

We rent our house located between La Rochelle and Marans, close to the sea and the Marais Poitevin, for your family holidays.

The house consists of 4 bedrooms to comfortably accommodate 8 people:
- 1 bedroom on the first floor with double bed (160)
- 1 bedroom on the first floor with bunk beds (2 x 90)
- 1 bedroom upstairs with double bed (140)
- 1 bedroom upstairs with convertible bed: single bed (90) or double bed (180)
(additional sleeping on request for a young child under 5 years old: travel cot or 70 foam mattress).

In the bright living room:
- a table for up to 8 people
- a corner sofa and armchair
- a fireplace with pellet insert
- TV, piano and many games available

In the kitchen, you will find everything you need to prepare your meals: induction hob, oven, microwave, food processor, filter coffee maker and capsule coffee maker, toaster + dishwasher. You will have access to the cellar where you will find a washing machine and dryer, an iron and many additional equipments: raclette machine, fondue, pierrade, pancake party, beer tap, fryer.

For the sanitary facilities, you will find:
- a toilet on the first floor
- a bathroom on the first floor with shower and double sink
- a bathroom upstairs with shower, sink and toilet

Outside:
- a large garden with an unobstructed view, garden furniture on the terrace and picnic table under the trees
- Parking for 3 cars in front of the house
- Loan of bicycles and scooters on request

Rental from Saturday to Saturday, or possibly from Friday to Friday.
