Waterfront Properties vacation rental

Waterfront vacation rental. Sleeps 4 adults. Kayaking, fishing, swimming and floating down the Susquehanna River. BBQ'S & campfires. 5 minutes from anemites. (groceries @ the BIG M, Dollar General, restaurants, schools, post office, free public boat launches, state park "Cole Park", Animal adventure(zoo), Frog Pond a large farmers market, Pine Ridge Amish groceries. A great place to enjoy the peace and serenity of nature. Exterior security cameras. no pets, no events, no parties. 2 WEEK MAX. RENTAL. A well lite covered patio to enjoy the sunshine, water and sunsets. Sipping coffee/tea at the table under the umbrella with a book enjoying the sounds of nature. Our area is known for the Spiedie Festival so do enjoy Lupos and Spiedie & Rib Pit restaurant.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Turn the heat all the way down. Leave the keys on the table. Close any windows that have been opened. Wash the dishes. Thank you very much Bob and Amy
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
There is no maid service on duty. Although any issues, services, or needs home owner is available 24/7. Two vehicles max. Turn around in driveway.
No candles. Enter river at own risk. children must be supervised at all times by an adult
No pets are allowed. There will be $1000.00 fee/day, immediate evacuation from the property. Guest forfeit all monies paid for rental agreement.

Another great stay

While it was a cold and damp memorial day weekend the home was nice and cozy. The house offers amazing views of the river and it was so relaxing. The property was extremely private which was exactly what we were looking for. We had a mishap while cooking at the house and Bob and Amy were very understanding that accidents sometimes happens.

Lovely home with a beautiful river view. The location was so close to Animal Adventure Park, the reason for my visit. I would definitely stay again.

A True Paradise

We stayed here and it was a true paradise, very quiet and very very pretty. The cottage is on a really nice bend in the river, you can sit on the front porch and just watch it go by. The place is newly updated, very clean and presentable. We would stay here again. Also, check out Animal Adventure Park 5 min away.

This was our second time staying at waterfront properties. Great place right in front of the river away from the hustle and bustle. Very spacious for 2 people and well appointed. Very clean. Can’t wait to go back for our 3rd visit!

This property is perfect for a quiet get away. The river views are lovely. The house was clean and well appointed. The location was in a quiet area but close enough to the town to meet basic needs.
