This 75m2 duplex apartment is composed of a fitted kitchen with a large living room, living room with a sofa bed and television. Composed of 4 bedrooms upstairs with a large landing. 2 bedrooms with a double bed 140 and the other 2 bedrooms with a single bed 90. Kitchen with dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave and mini oven. Bathroom with sink, shower, toilet and washing machine.
Located in the heart of the town centre of La Bourboule, 300m from the spa treatment, 200m from Fenestre park, close to all shops. Media library, laundry, mini-market 50m away. In each garden, there is garden furniture and a barbecue.
Ski slope 7km away. Shuttle nearby.

Vacances en février 3 jours et 3 nuits

Logement convenable mais qui présente des fuites d’air importantes au niveau des fenêtres et baie vitrée au rez de chaussée.Un deuxieme toilette à l’etage n’avait pas été précisé dans l’annonce mais a été apprécié.Localisation idéal pour des balades à pied dans la Bourboule en famille, et calme la nuit. La personne qui nous a accueillis et qui a fait notre départ était très sympatique et arrangeant sur les horaires.
