We had a wonderful week at Waters edge Oaks property. The location is perfect, right on the lake. We rented a pontoon boat that we enjoyed every day. Our grandkids loved jumping off the dock to swim. All the amenities of the home are wonderful. Pretty much everything you for a family vacation. Everyone has their own space and there was plenty of space to all be together for family fun. The property management company, Railey Vacations, was very responsive before and during our stay. It was a perfect place for us to have fun, relax and make wonderful memories.

Everything was great truly a wonderful birthday weekend was had by all if I had to say one con it would be the mattresses in both bedrooms downstairs need replaced but the place is amazing very beautiful

Wonderful stay at a beautiful home. Great location and amenities. Had everything we needed. Only complaint was the AC on the third floor wasn’t cooling well.

Very nice property, some minor maintenance issues with main floor bathroom (door wouldn’t close/handle was very loose, faucet handles were loose etc.). Did not include some basics that other properties supply - soaps, towels, garbage bags etc.). Overall very nice house with great location and layout.

Fantastic new property on Deep Creek Lake!

This house is located next to most, if not all, of the activities for family and friends near the lake. It is located literally right down the road from two boat rental locations, the go-cart place, arcade and the steak house among others. If you are a fan of Deep Creek Lake, then you should have this house on your short list. The property appears to be have been recently built or newly redesigned and has everything from a pool table, hot tub, wet bar, fire pit, and outstanding new deck. The check in could not have been easier. Check it out, you won't regret it!
