Come and enjoy this magnificent villa with views of the countryside, designed for relaxation and idleness.<br>Located in a quiet cul-de-sac, near one of the most beautiful beaches in Guadeloupe (1.3 km from Bois Jolan beach), it will allow you to spend an excellent holiday with family or friends.<br>This villa has a private salt water swimming pool with alarm (3.5m x 7m), a spacious terrace of 70 m2 offering a lounge area and a beautiful dining table that can accommodate 12 guests.<br>It also has a large living room totally open to the terrace, an open and fully equipped kitchen, as well as 5 air-conditioned bedrooms: 4 on the main level share 2 bathrooms, the 5th located on the garden level with access from the outside has its own bathroom.<br><br>Built in 2023, all the furniture and appliances are new for your comfort.<br>Linen is provided except beach towels.<br><br>A 2000-litre tank with a booster helps to avoid the inconvenience of frequent water cuts in Guadeloupe.<br><br>Everything is meeting so that you have a pleasant stay.
