This Studio has a great view (best in town) of the Harbor, turquoise Caribbean waters and monumental Cruise Ships. Enjoy this view and the Aruban sunset. A perfect choice for a couple stays. Located on the 5th floor of Harbour House, a complex open at the beginning of 2021. Feel free to be our guest during the Pre-Opening. This air-conditioned studio unit features one King bed, one bathroom with shower, hairdryer, and a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need cooking wonderfull meals during your stay. Washer and dryer in the unit. Free Wi-Fi and Cable TV on a very large Flat screen. We want you to feel entirely relaxed and welcomed here in this apartment, where you will be captured by the attractions and amenities of the complex. Nearby you can enjoy fine shopping and dining, casinos, ATM, food market, beaches and only 2 miles from the conveniently located Divi's 9-hole course. Amenities and features: • Check in is at 4:00 pm and check out is at 11:00 am • Free Wi-Fi in the unit and in common areas. • Cable TV with flat screen. • Central A/C system controlled by thermostats to keep everyone comfortable. • Bathroom has their own white towels and blue beach towels in the vanity. • Hair dryer in the bathroom. • Washer and dryer. • Convenient Steam Iron machine in the unit. • The Condo is for a maximum of 4 adults. • A stunning infinity pool overlooking the Oranjestad Marina wit tropical deck create a relaxing environment at the center of the complex with poolside lounges and umbrellas from 8:00 am to 9:00 pm. • One free parking space. • Hot-tub and sun deck with 360-degree-views over the ocean-front surroundings • Fully equipped fitness center on the top floor open from 6:00 am to 10:00 pm every day. • Concierge services at the reception to help you book activities from Monday to Friday from 9:00am to 6:00 pm. • 24 hours security vigilance. • Manager on duty for any request or emergency after reception is closed. • Just a short walk from Renaissance Mall for a luxury shopping, high end retailers under one roof. • COMING SOON, just downstairs, international cuisine for discerning palates and shopping Any infant with you? Amazing property strategically located

The location was better than described. The room is on hte 5th floor so you wake up to the beutiful view of the ocean. You also have access to 7th floor which has gorgeous view of the ocean and also the city. The place was worth the $$

Gorgeous views!

Amazing view and the condo itself was gorgeous. It was very busy being in this area but that’s to be expected being right by the cruise ships. The only thing we wish it had was some kind of access to snacks and coffee. Otherwise it was wonderful!

As advertised . Nice modern condo . Bar , pool . You do have to drive to beach . Plenty food / shopping walking distance . The food truck around the corner , some of the best food in the island . Nice view of the Harbor . Cruise ships blow I view of the sea .

Beautiful and Contemporary New

Everything with the stay was enjoyable. The people working at the site are helpful, personable and fun. The restaurant on the first floor Lima Bistro is the best and most creative restaurant on the Island. The last night of the stay, someone next door was super loud. I was surprised because I heard nothing the other 6 days.
