We’re happy to hear that you and your family had an enjoyable six-night stay and appreciated the condo’s amenities, including the balcony, rooftop, and gym. It’s also wonderful to know that our staff, especially Diego, made a positive impact on your experience. We sincerely apologize for the cleanliness concerns you encountered, such as the items found and the tiny bugs.
