Puertocito Point is much more than an ocean-view villa.
The estate is surrounded by tropical forest and protected natural areas, creating an environment where wildlife is part of everyday life. Monkeys, toucans, scarlet macaws, sloths, coatis and other tropical species may be seen throughout the property and surrounding rainforest.
Expansive outdoor areas invite you to slow down and experience the natural setting—whether enjoying morning coffee overlooking the ocean, watching wildlife move through the trees or simply taking in the Pacific views.
INFINITY POOL WITH BREATHTAKING VIEWS
The private infinity pool is one of the highlights of Puertocito Point.
Surrounded by tropical vegetation and overlooking the Pacific, it provides a spectacular setting for relaxing between adventures or spending an entire day at the villa.
From early morning light to dramatic Pacific sunsets, the pool and surrounding outdoor spaces put the ocean and rainforest at the center of the experience.
MAIN VILLA + SEPARATE GUEST HOUSE
Puertocito Point offers four private bedrooms distributed between the Main Villa and a detached two-bedroom Guest House.
The Main Villa contains two bedrooms along with the principal kitchen, dining and living spaces. The common areas embrace Costa Rica’s tropical lifestyle, with natural ventilation, ceiling fans and a strong connection to the surrounding ocean and rainforest.
A short walk leads to the separate Guest House with two additional private suites, making the property particularly comfortable for families, couples and groups who appreciate additional privacy.
Bedrooms are air-conditioned, while the primary common areas are naturally ventilated and are not air-conditioned.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
• Puertocito Point is a private tropical estate surrounded by rainforest. Wildlife, insects and the natural sounds of the jungle are part of the Costa Rica experience.
• Bedrooms are air-conditioned. The main common living areas embrace tropical open-air living with ceiling fans and natural ventilation and are not air-conditioned.
• The estate includes stairs, pathways and uneven outdoor surfaces consistent with its natural tropical setting.
• A rental vehicle is recommended for exploring Dominical, Uvita, nearby beaches and surrounding attractions.
• For reservations made within 60 days of arrival, housekeeping service is available for $25 per day.
• There is no guest access to the laundry facilities. Housekeeping can assist with personal laundry.
• Optional private chef service can be arranged through the Escape Villas concierge team. Food and beverages are additional.
• A refundable $400–$500 cash security deposit is required for last-minute stays.
• The entire estate is reserved exclusively for your group and is never shared with other guests.
