Studio Or Simple, clean and well equipped for the price. Located in the nicest neighbourhood of Strasbourg, well connected to the tram (if needed because everything is walking distance). Kitchen had everything one would need for some simple(r) cooking.

Studio Or The place was really clean and organized. Very comfortable bed. The location is also great. It is near a tram station, near the market, Notre Dame and shops. The only problem I had during my stay is the smell from the sink. Even if you closed the drainage area, the smell is still there. Overall, the place is wonderful. Will definitely recommend it.

The location is great, the apartment is as advertised and comfortable. However, getting into the apartment is a nightmare, every single time, because the lock is nearly impossible to release. Consistently took me five minutes, every single time, to open the apartment door, and I could not learn any consistent trick to doing so. I spent 20+ minutes trying, my second day, and emailed them — can’t call, since I’m using an eSIM. I finally got it open myself. I followed up to say I got in. They responded over an hour later, thanking me for my message and encouraging me to contact them for any other problems I might have… Having access to a rental seems like table stakes to me, and I dreaded having to fight with the door on my return. It also reached the low 90s Fahrenheit during my stay, and the apartment is not equipped with a fan. For planning purposes, the key to the apartment is collected (and returned) elsewhere, a 6 minute walk away.

2/10 Terrible

Disliked: Property conditions & facilities, communication
I had a very disappointing experience with this property. The door lock malfunctioned, and despite repeated attempts, we couldn’t access the apartment for hours. There were visible issues with the lock, and even the next day it only worked using a non-standard technique. What was most frustrating is that there was no 24-hour emergency help available, and the agency ultimately refused to take responsibility for what happened. Overall, it was stressful and not what I expected from a professional rental.

Studio Or Modern eingerichtet, gemütliches Bett und top Lage! Check-Out lief problemlos.

Studio Or "Les instructions d'arrivée étaient très claires.
