The property is right in the city center. Not only it has many original details like flooring but also decorated thoughtfully. We were there for 3 night in early December. The location is perfect for Christmas market visits. Many good restaurants around. Christine is a wonderful host. We didn’t use the kitchen much other than coffee and tea.

Experience the history of Strasbourg

This apartment is on a historical Street where the houses were built in the 1700s. You are exceptionally close to everything. Very close to the museums overall excellent location.

A lovely large apartment in a fabulous location

We had a wonderful stay at Christiane’s apartment with our two children. The flat is in a beautiful old traditional building but renovated with style. The location is fabulous, walking distance to everything you need for your stay. We loved exploring Strasbourg on foot from this perfect base.

Great Location

The property was very cute/funky and spacious. A lot of thought has gone into it. The location was perfect close to everything and also transportation. Although in a main tourist restaurant area it was very quiet at night with windows closed.

Comfortable and perfectly located

This property could not have been located in a better place in Strasbourg. The cathedral was a 2 minute walk away and there were at least four museums that were as close or closer. Although the living and dining areas overlooked two bars, we were never disturbed by noise.

Best Christmas Holiday Ever

This apartment has it all! First of all, the location is the best - right in the middle of everything. The cathedral, restaurants, and museums are all within walking distance. There is a Starbucks directly across the street for those of you who want coffee to go. There is an ATM next door, and a small grocery store is just a few minutes walk.It is a quiet and very safe area at night. Inside the apartment there is tons of space, a comfortable bed, and a washer/dryer combo that actually dries the clothes. The owners are so nice and whole rental went very smoothly.

I would go back in an instant.

We had always wanted to see the Xmas market in Strasbourg and this apartment looked ideal as it was close to everything. We were just a block or two from the Cathedral. The apartment was clean, warm, had pleanty of hot water, great cooking facilities (who can eat in when there are so many excellent restaurants in the area.) Beds were comfortable and Christiane was very helpful. He didn't speak much english but we got by just fine. If I ever go back I will definitely stay at the same place.

Schönes Appartement in einem historischen Haus

Wir haben hier eine schöne Woche in Straßburg erlebt. Die Wohnung ist liebevoll und individuell eingerichtet und liegt super zentral, nur ein paar Schritte von der Kathedrale und zahlreichen guten Restaurants entfernt, mit Blick auf die belebte Innenstadt. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten können bequem zu Fuß erreicht werden. Sehr freundliche Vermieter, sogar Getränke standen zur Begrüßung bereit. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt! Danke für den Tipp Maison Kammerzel, da sollte man zum Essen unbedingt einkehren.

Appartement charmant et bien situé, mais climatisation inefficace

Nous avons passé un séjour agréable dans cet appartement joliment décoré et idéalement situé pour explorer la ville et ses environs. La présence d'un parking à quelques pas est un atout indéniable. Cependant, un point important à considérer est l'absence de climatisation efficace. Le climatiseur (pas une climatisation) présent est malheureusement peu utile en raison de la configuration en U de l'appartement et de son emplacement dans un placard à côté de l'entrée. De plus, il est sous-dimensionné pour la taille de l'appartement. Si vous recherchez un lieu climatisé pour vous reposer la nuit lors de fortes chaleurs estivales, cet appartement risque de ne pas répondre à vos attentes. Pas d'autre choix que de tenter de dormir les fenêtres ouvertes, ce qui est compliqué car elles donnent sur une rue animée jusque tard dans la nuit.

We hadden goed contact met de eigenaresse. Moesten wel steeds zoeken in de traslater app. Zou fijn zijn als VRBO net als Airbnb een vertaalfunctie heeft. Dat scheelt veel gedoe Ik was in gezelschap van mijn vader maar dat kreeg ik hier niet ingevuld.. de tegel bleef vaag.. Vandaar ik maar " alleen" heb ingevuld.
